5 Star service is all I can say. I purchased the new 60" 6020 Pioneer Kuro Plasma TV. The sales rep was professional, prompt and completely interested in what I wanted. Once I ordered she followed up daily to make sure my product was delivered on time. It was actually late by one day but I was informed by the sales rep prior so I did not have to worry.  
 
The Pioneer 6020 Kura TV is unbelievable. The picture quality and black levels are top notch. I spent over 8 months looking for the right TV. This one is simply everything I wanted. Runs quite! Beautiful colors and handsome to look at on the wall.

Painless order, quick delivery, excellent price (the best I could find from an authorized dealer) with no tax or extra shipping, arrived undamaged and luckily with no dead or stuck pixels. You do take a risk (as with almost all of the online retailers except Amazon) because if you get a couple dead or stuck pixels or are unhappy with the level of buzzing, you generally cannot return or exchange the unit (unless it's REALLY bad).

Very attentive customer service, had a wonderful price that included free shipping. They were easy to speak with and answered all correspondence quickly and concisely. New Plasma TV was shipped out immediately and arrived without any problems. I am very satisfied with the service and support I have received from In vision especially from Deb.

I purchased a Pioneer PDP-5020FD from Deb @ Invision. The service and followup were excellent and the TV arrived at my house in wonderful condition. The price, including shipping, is one of the most reasonable I was able to find.  
 
The only minor complaint I have is that I ordered the TV on a friday and was told it would ship on monday. When I called back on tuesday to inquire about the tracking number, I was told it had shipped, but was later told that it would ship that day. The TV actually shipped on Thursday and when it did, I was emailed with an updated invoice including tracking number. I never understood what the delay in shipping was caused by...  
 
Aside from that everything was perfect.

Bought the pioneer Kuro 5020 from Pat at Invision and everything was perfect. Not only was the plasma the best tv that I've ever seen but the price was the best on the internet and shipping came a day earlier than expected. Communication was great as far as invoice and the delivery service. Pat didn't try to "push" anything else on me to purchase and he new what he was talking about. I plan to make future purchases through them whenever possible.  

Excellent transaction. While slightly more expensive, I chose to go with Invision because they're a Pioneer reseller, meaning my warranty is going to be valid, and they had good reviews. Deb was a gem to work with and their 5 day shipping got to me in 3 days. They were prompt to iron out a wrinkle (my fault) at the outset and it's been smooth sailing from there. The TV arrived in great shape with no damage to the box. Excellent seller and I'd buy there again.

Amazing customer service. No hassles whatsoever. Had several special conditions with respect to delivery date and were met with no resistance. Shipping company used was very professional and helped me move the TVs into the house without hesitation. Invision went above and beyond the sale and I hope to one day be able to order again from them.

Excellent service from Deb at Invision! You can sometimes tell more about a business from when things go wrong. I purchased a Pioneer Kuro PDP-6020FD and the first delivery had to be refused because the glass screen had broken in shipment. I called Deb and she was able to get a replacement to my door in two days!

It was an extremely positive experience buying from Invision. I bought the new Pioneer 6020, the whole process was very smooth, no sales pressure. The staff at Invision made sure that they provided the best deal that was available at the time of purchase. One of they key reason I went with Invision was that they are the Authorized dealer, it takes stress out of online purchase.  
 
Clear and timely communication, delivery process went very smooth. Even though I did not choose white glove delivery, the delivery guy brought the TV inside to the family room, help me upack and let me check if everything was ok with the TV.

Simply tremendous with super customer service. High levels of communication throughout process and first rate experience. You will be hard pressed to top it.

Easy, helpful order by phone. Some confusion on the mount, but, quickly got the right information and everything was correct on the invoice. Got confirmation emails and tracking number promptly. A bit late on the second part of my order, but, did get email back on questions about it. All arrived in perfect order (other than the FedEx delivery person that couldn't differentiate between a '1' and a '2' on the address;). Excellent prices and great service, good follow up emails on progress of order, and all appropriate paperwork attached to emails.

What a great experience – my hat is off to Alex and Deb. I ordered a Pioneer 6010 and it was delivered within a week in perfect condition. I highly recommend them. They were professional and did not try to sell me additional items or warranties. Again what a great experience
