Invision was better than I could have ever imagined. I received my order in 2 days and the guy who delivered my plasma tv wanted to help me set it all up. They are part of the Better Business Bureau Online which was a huge plus. Use these guys, they are good as it gets online...

Great Purchase! I bought a Pioneer PDP-5070HD after a ton of research on HDTVs. If your anything like me I was super nervous buying a $3000 TV online, but couldn't afford not too. I researched and called multiple online sellers and Matt at Invision had the best customer service and would stand by the product. From my experience a very trustworthy company.

Plasma Connection was fabulous to work with. They are a local Northwest business (though they distribute nationally). The big difference is that they KNOW the products that they sell - especially the large displays. They stand behind the products and offer prompt resolutions to any problems. I've purchased two displays from the, and won't hesitate to return next time I'm ready to purchase.

Great prices with excellent customer support! There was a technical problem from the manufacturer, and Roman really went to bat for me with Pioneer customer service when I got the run-around. He spent hours on the phone with me with them. Everything was resolved as quickly as possible. They couldn't have done more!!

Great business with these guys..you cant go wrong. Plasma arrived broken and called immediately to report. The replacement one was on the way the next day. Wouldnt hesitate to buy from again.

Invision Displays were very professional and knew their product very well. They answered all my questions and even gave me a great deal that beat the competition saving me over $700. They were fast with shipping and followed up to make sure I was satisfied. It was a great experience and I will definetly buy from them again.

The company was a pleasure to do business with. I ordered a Pioneer PDP5070HD on a Tuesday and had it delivered on Thursday. Inside delivery was included. Even the delivery company was pleasant and called before they came. They even came within the window they told me. I highly recommend Invision and would use them again.

I ordered a Pioneer Plasma TV from Roman at Invision Technologies on 2/1/07 (Saturday) and took the time to helpfully answer all my questions. Invision came highly recommended from the online avsforum.com. I promptly received an invoice and shipping invoice when the TV shipped. It took a day longer to arrive here than expected, but Roman followed up with the shipping company to handle the issue promptly. The TV is in excellent condition as well and I feel very confident that I purchased it from an authorized online dealer like Invision. Highly recommended!

I purchased the Pioneer PDP-5070HD in Dec-2006. Have to admit, I was a little nervous about ordering such a high-dollar item online, but the transaction was perfect. Can't complain about the service either. The guy I spoke with on the phone was very patient with all my pre-order questions, and the TV arrived in flawless condition. Thumbs up.

Purchased a Pioneer PDP-5070HC from Invision Displays on 1/17/2007. Panel was drop shipped by Electrograph in NY. Overall I was very pleased with the transactions for primarily two reasons. A) Panel was delivered in excellent condition and B) sales support. I was promised prior to item purchase that if the panel did not arrive in less than perfect condition that I would not have to worry about anything. The seller would send someone out to pick the panel up and replace the panel for free. Fortunately I did not have to use this service.
