Everyone in this highly technical hobby needs a resource like Roman Ogourtsov. His technical expertise, industry awareness, and passion for customer satisfaction are readily evident and set him apart from the majority who are simply in the business to make profits. My experience with Roman clearly demonstrates this commitment because it sadly did NOT result in a sale (the TV I wanted was discontinued before I could order from him). In spite of this fact, Roman went above and beyond to promptly answer all of my questions, provide me with technical recommendations and ensure that I was completely satisfied. This kind of service is uncommon in most any industry today, particularly this one. I only hope to be able to repay him at some future point. Ordered a Pioneer PDP 5070HD through Roman at Invision on April 5th. Received the panel on the 11th. Excellent condition. Roman was patient, helpful and extremely professional. This was my first plasma purchase and my first online big-ticket item purchase. Invision has earned my business. A truly excellent experience from beginning to end.

Buying plasma tv's online can be very dangerous, many advertise ridiculously low prices and then try to sell you something else. These guys come very highly recommended from AVS Forums, and that was the only reason I gave them a chance. I’m glad I did, the price was more than fair and the extended warranty was very affordable. I got my Pioneer 5070HD yesterday and it looks amazing. I didn’t ask a lot of questions because I had done tons of research but feel free to ask Roman or anyone else as many questions as you want. Don’t do business with anyone who isn’t willing/able to answer you questions. Roman was very helpful and I’ll definitely buy from them again.

Great Purchase! I bought a Pioneer PDP-5070HD after a ton of research on HDTVs. If your anything like me I was super nervous buying a $3000 TV online, but couldn't afford not too. I researched and called multiple online sellers and Matt at Invision had the best customer service and would stand by the product. From my experience a very trustworthy company.

Purchased a Pioneer PDP-5070HC from Invision Displays on 1/17/2007. Panel was drop shipped by Electrograph in NY. Overall I was very pleased with the transactions for primarily two reasons. A) Panel was delivered in excellent condition and B) sales support. I was promised prior to item purchase that if the panel did not arrive in less than perfect condition that I would not have to worry about anything. The seller would send someone out to pick the panel up and replace the panel for free. Fortunately I did not have to use this service.
