Ordered my Panasonic TH-50PZ800U and a PDR articulating mount from Pat and Alex. This has been a very positive experience. I receieved information and assistance without any pressure from these guys. They stand behind what they sell at all times including post delivery.

This is my second Pioneer Plasma HDTV purchased from Invision Technologies in the past 2 years. The last one just purchased was a Pioneer PDP-6020FD. They have the best prices that can be found anywhere on these TV's and the entire process is quick and easy. I ordered the set on Monday and it arrived safe and sound on Friday of the same week. They are factory authorized Internet Pioneer Dealers as shown on Pioneer's own web site. Alex is a pleasure to deal with.

Great to work with, I bought from them after Pioneer told me to call them. I was about to buy from another internet company until I found out that they were unauthorized to sell Pioneer. I am very happy with Invision and I can rest at night knowing that Pioneer will honor a warranty if I have any problems. This is a first rate company.

I bought a Pioneer PHP-6020 from Invision. As most, I was nervous about making such a major purchase "online". I called and spoke to Alex many times asking questions about the TV, about their shipping process, returns, etc. Alex never got tired of my repeated calls and always happily helped me out.  
 
I tried to get one of the local big box shops to match the price offered by Invision...they couldn't come close.  
 
I ordered the TV on a Tuesday and got the call from the local delivery company on the following Wednesday...they brought the TV by on Thursday. Everything was in excellent condition and the delivery guys offered to help me take the TV wherever I needed it.  
 
I soon realized that the 3 HDMI cables I ordered did not arrive with the TV, so I called Alex. Alex promptly shipped them to me next-day air and I got them on Friday! That's what I call "making it right".  
 
I would highly recommend dealing with Invision, especially as they are an authorized Pioneer dealer.  
 
Oh, and the TV? It's THE BOMB!!! The picture is amazing, incredible colors, the blackest of blacks! I am NOT disappointed.

Invision came through for me. In addition to matching prices on a great Pioneer 6020, they were able to find a rare long proprietary cable for my older Pioneer 5060 at a much better price than anyone else offered. When there were a few bumps in the timing of the delivery, Invision made up for it by providing a high end wall mount at their cost. They will be first on my list next time I need any equipment.

I recently purchased the Pioneer 5020FD from Invision Display and I was very satisfied with the customer service Deb and Pat had provided me. Everything was explained to me and to my surprise the return policy was exceptional. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND the company if you have plans in big box items. Just read all the reviews about the company if you have any doubts purchasing big items online.

I was extremely pleased with the high level of service we received before and after placing our order for the Pioneer 6020fd. We requested that our order be delivered on a specific day which was no problem. It arrived in perfect condition, not to mention we saved a bundle compared to what local retailers were advertising. Deb even called the day of delivery just to ensure that the television had arrived with no problems. Again...EXCELLENT company to work with!!

Wow! What a great experience. I ordered a Pioneer PDP-5020FD on a Tuesday and it was ready for delivery by that Friday. Sales personel, such as Deb, were exteremly helpful and insightful. The price was the best on the web. Everytime I called, an actual person answered the phone by the second ring. That is rare service these days!  
 
Also, when I got the TV, I had a hard time finding the hard on/off switch. It's not listed in the manual. I call them up and they quickly help me figured out where it was (bottom right).  
 
If you need to buy something from Invision, have no worries. They will treat you right!

Excellent!!! Bought a new Pioneer 5020. Best Buy did not even have it on the shelves yet! Price was in line for an authorized Pioneer dealer, so warranty was valid. Over a thousand less than Best Buy. I was told that TV would arrive in 5 business days. It arrived in 3!!! Great seller. I would use them again and have already recommended them to friends! Great job! TV is perfect!

I was very pleased with my order from Invision; The customer service was friendly and very helpful. I ordered my Pioneer 6020 (at a great price and free shipping) on Monday and received it that Friday! Thankfully the TV arrived without a scratch on it.  
 
It's rare for a company to meet my expectations, but Invision actually exceeded them. I will definitely look to Invision again for my next online electronics purchase.

5 Star service is all I can say. I purchased the new 60" 6020 Pioneer Kuro Plasma TV. The sales rep was professional, prompt and completely interested in what I wanted. Once I ordered she followed up daily to make sure my product was delivered on time. It was actually late by one day but I was informed by the sales rep prior so I did not have to worry.  
 
The Pioneer 6020 Kura TV is unbelievable. The picture quality and black levels are top notch. I spent over 8 months looking for the right TV. This one is simply everything I wanted. Runs quite! Beautiful colors and handsome to look at on the wall.

Painless order, quick delivery, excellent price (the best I could find from an authorized dealer) with no tax or extra shipping, arrived undamaged and luckily with no dead or stuck pixels. You do take a risk (as with almost all of the online retailers except Amazon) because if you get a couple dead or stuck pixels or are unhappy with the level of buzzing, you generally cannot return or exchange the unit (unless it's REALLY bad).

Very attentive customer service, had a wonderful price that included free shipping. They were easy to speak with and answered all correspondence quickly and concisely. New Plasma TV was shipped out immediately and arrived without any problems. I am very satisfied with the service and support I have received from In vision especially from Deb.  
Highly recommend doing business with them.

I purchased a Pioneer PDP-5020FD from Deb @ Invision. The service and followup were excellent and the TV arrived at my house in wonderful condition. The price, including shipping, is one of the most reasonable I was able to find.  
 
The only minor complaint I have is that I ordered the TV on a friday and was told it would ship on monday. When I called back on tuesday to inquire about the tracking number, I was told it had shipped, but was later told that it would ship that day. The TV actually shipped on Thursday and when it did, I was emailed with an updated invoice including tracking number. I never understood what the delay in shipping was caused by...  
 
Aside from that everything was perfect.
