I have been very please with Vio's service. In the last couple of years I have made several purchases and have not had any problems.

They had a low price and free shipping. Everything went smooth. Will shop with them again.

I ordered Word 2007 from Vio Software and their service was great - it arrived 2 days before they said it would be there and was exactly as advertised. I will definitely order software from them again.

This was my " GO TO " vendor for this product. It was easy to find, easy to order. The confirmation of my order was quick, as was the shipping.  
I will return here for future products and upgrades, at the best price around !  

I originally orderd from Viosoftware because of the price 20 dollars cheaper than anywhere else I could find then this particular software was offered with free shipping, bonus right! Well the software ended up arriving 2 days sooner than expected wow what service. Viosoftware rocks and will get much more business from me.

This is my second order with Vio Software. Great! However one of the dvd's was slightly scratched due to shipment shuffle. Haven't tried it yet, as all I needed was the serial number for activation (had trial version). Hope it works. Overall both orders arrived on time and yes - the software is legit! I'm happy and so is my nephew who got the other shipment for Christmas. I am loading this computer for my niece - who is at college.

Extremely Unhappy with my purchase with this company. I purchased what was listed as a FULL version of photoshop cs4 extended on their website. There was no mention that this was an education version. It said full version and listed the full version part number. It arrived today and what did I get? I got an educational version. If I had wanted an educational version I would have purchased one myself through adobe since I am in college and can purchase an educational version myself if that was what I wanted. They charged me quite a bit more than I would have paid at Abobe as well and the software came with no documentation. I am extremely dissatisfied and have sent an email to their sales department. I purchased from them based on reviews on this site and I am very unhappy since I did not get what I paid for. I will update this on the resolution of this issue but at this moment I would NEVER do business with these people and would NEVER recommend them to anyone. I should mention also that they charged me more than double what Adobe charges for an educational version of the same software.
