Very pleased. I was pleasantly surprised when I found Viosoftware a couple years ago. They had a ridiculously cheap price for a program one of my clients needed. I figured...at that price if there were any problems I could take a chance that they were scammers.  
I got that order (and every one I have placed since) within UPS shipping time. I don't think I have even PLACED an order with them that didn't ship the SAME DAY.  
 
I called their customer service before placing an order once. It sounds like a small shop, but the rep was able to answer my question quickly and accurately.  
 
Very pleased, would do business with them again.

I ordered MS Windows XP Home Edition (OEM) from Vio Software for a great price. They had excellent communication and I received the software in a couple of days. I highly recommend this company.

I was very happy with the purchase I received from this company. I had tried several times in the past to purchase the same software from 3 different resellers and each time I submitted my order it would eventually be cancelled. One time it took over a month to get a refund. VioSoftware processed the payment promptly, emailed my with my order confirmation, and then again with my shipment tracking information. I received my order right on time and in perfect condition. On top of that it the shipping was free. I will certainly look to them in the future for additional software purchases.

Great Company. I have been using them for about 6 months now and have always been satisfied. My recent purchase was for 8 MS Mappoint. I recieved an email promptly letting me know that they only had 3 in stock and asked me what I would like to do. I ask them to ship me the 3 in stock and cancel the rest of the order. I am always a bit wary of buying over the web and Vio Soft puts me at ease. I highly recommend this company.

I ordered a copy of XP Home full retail w/SP2 for a very cheap price of $174. I received it exactly on the day I was supposed to. No complaints!

I have used Vio Software for over a year now. I have never been disappointed. Prices are reasonable, and the shipping speed is fantastic! I generally order in plenty of time to receive the software, but it always arrives sooner than expected. Vio Software is my software vendor of choice.

GREAT experience! Fast and simple. Ordered MS Works Suite at a great price, got it in 3 business days. They gave me a tracking number and kept me informed. What else do you want?? Great store, fast shipping, new product.

They had a good price on Windows XP Home OEM.  
I returned the first copy I bought to them for replacement, because the disk was damaged.  
It wasn't a problem, but they credited my card instead of shipping the replacement.  
When I asked, after a week, what was happening with the replacement, I got a very quick reply explaining what had happenend.  
I re-ordered the software and it arrived when expected.  
Would buy from them again.
