I can say this, I ordered (M570TU) online and received 2 emails, one the day I ordered to confirm the system and another a few days later advising it shipped complete w/the tracking number. My system arrived double boxed with triple corrugated side walls that exceed the UPS guidelines. I had one issue with the ITM drivers included on the driver CD. I called RJTech and was emailed a link for the updated driver. I also had this "unknown device" in device manager that I was unable to resolve, once more a 2 minute call to RJTech had it resolved. They had the best price, free shipping and many configuration options. My second Clevo will come from them just as this one did.

I purchased an Asus A-71V laptop on June 12 after some extensive reading. I was interested in a laptop that have an nvidia video board, I use Linux and like to actually get a display! I found several vendors and looked them up on resellerratings. R&J Tech had good reviews so... I went to the site and noticed the price match claim and decided to see what would happen. I priced out the components I wanted and sent them an e-mail. They matched the price so I placed the order. I received an e-mail confirming the order and a number to track the shipping (UPS). I received the computer on Friday. It was build with the components I ordered, works like a champ. Good video, fast, no glitches. All I can say is they gave me what I asked for, shipped it without delay and I love the computer. It sure is nice to buy something on the net and not have any issues!!!! I would not hesitate to purchase another laptop from this company.

This laptop is very fast, but has a series of driver glitches that cause Win XP Pro not to shut down or boot up properly. I have called and spoken to Richard at RJTech repeatedly explaining the problem (which eventually led to a recommendation by him to reinstall the OS- which I did and it caused me to lose some files) was caused by the touch pad mouse. After reinstalling the OS and drivers, the problem remains. RJTech has been completely UNHELPFUL in resolving this issue. I can only hope that this problem doesn't destroy my data at some point. I would never buy from RJTech again due to their poor customer service and unwillingness to help resolve my machines problem.

Ordered whitebook from rj tech on the 9th with 2 day shipping and rush, and got email order would go out next day, so i emailed rj tech and asked if they could go ahead and charge me for next day and they emailed me back almost immediatley to get that changed. The communication was quick and consistent for the whole transaction, I received it this morning, built it up and have it up and running. I am very satisfied with the company, it's the first time I have used them, and i would definately use them again and recommend them.

I needed a new laptop to replace my aging Micron Transport Trek. I was looking for a reasonably powerful machine that was suitable for typical business applications (word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail) and could also handle complex AutoCAD drawings efficiently. I did not want anything that weighted more than what the old laptop did (about 7 pounds). After much research, reading at vendor literature, and scanning Internet websites, I decided to get an Asus laptop instead of a name-brand laptop. I also decided to go with an Athlon 64 processor. The most important thing I had to have was reliability, followed next by vendor/warranty support.
In Nov 2004, the Asus Z80K became available. R&J Tech was one of the first (of 3) vendors to offer this particular machine. I chose to order from R&J only after reading the reviews of all 3 vendors in Reseller Ratings. I sent R&J a request for quotation in early Dec 2004, to obtain pricing on a Z80K, customized to my exact requirement. I received a callback the next day. We went over the order details, made some small changes, and finalized it. The new machine was delivered the following week, fully assembled, tested, and preloaded with Windows XP & Microsoft SBE. It worked perfect right out of the box.
I have been using the new Z80K for about 2 months. It is an excellent machine.
There was one problem which occurred. The battery charger plug did not always make electrical contact with the laptop's DC power socket, depending on the orientation of plug. So the laptop's battery would often run down even when connect to the charger. I sent in a RMA warranty request. I received a response the next day. R&J explained that this model of Asus had a plug which has to be pushed in very hard ("two levels"). R&J recommended that I contact Asus to get a replacement charger and try that. But, if that didn't work, to contact R&J again and they would take care of it. Well, after I pushed the plug in hard, that solved the problem.
Overall, I would rate the Asus Z80K as top-notch and I was completely satisfied with the purchase transaction and followup from R&J.

After two months of research, I've decided to buy a notebook model that is not too common to find. I've used an internet forum and the Reseller Ratings site to choose a good deal that would not give me headaches, and rjtech appeared as one of the possible choices.
I ordered on September 2nd, payed by PayPal and received my Order Confirmation (by e-mail) on the next day (3rd). My order was shipped on Sep. 7 (after the weekend), and arrived on Sep. 13, because I used UPS Ground.
My computer arrived in perfect condition. All the CD drivers, the same configuration I asked. Everything worked fine, and I don't have any dead pixel/subpixel, which is more than great. Thank you, Richard. :)
Even if their page doesn't look professional (and the information is a little dispersed), I can recommend them for anyone looking for, at least, notebooks (the only experience I have with them). Maybe they have such page to not rise the costs, I don't know. At least it works and their prices are good. However, be sure when buying from them, because they charge a restocking fee. If you are sure like I was, it's not a problem at all.
These guys are great. Thumbs up. Recommend, without even thinking first.

RJ Tech was one the companies I looked at, and although they didn't offer the best prices, they had the best combination of price/customer satisfaction. The buying process was very smooth but I'm not sure about their customer service reps since I ordered online. Their turnaround time is very quick; mine shipped 4 days after I ordered it. The only qualm I have with the process was that they didn't keep me updated about my order, as there is no order status page at their site. The CL56 I ordered worked great out of the box(as soon as I installed all the components that is), there is one small dead pixel at the bottom right corner of the screen, but unless you look very carefully, its hard to see. Just got my CL56 today and at a glance, it's great! R&J Tech did a great job! They ran a dead pixel check for me and there are no dead pixels. The laptop worked great right out of the box.

Ordered the Mitac 8050 from RJ about a week ago. Came in less than a week. Their customer service is so awesome. They allowed me to purchase the barebones laptop from them, even when it was not listed on their website. They return emails very fast. I just put the laptop together last night, and i'm happy to say it's awesome. This is a laptop for my g/f. And she loves it. One of the happiest things about it is that I have no dead pixels on the screen! WOOHOO. Thanks again RJTech for all your help and service. Priced some Asus M6N notebooks around the net and rjtech.com came out a close second for best price. The first place vendor had ZERO ratings/opinions though so I paid a few bucks more and went with RJ since they have abundant good ratings/reviews. Very glad I did, b/c some of these M6N models have LCD issues, and RJ was the only vendor willing to go the extra mile for me and pre-check that before ship. Also, I had an immediate issue (another known issue with the M6N, 'poweroff when moved') and they kept up the good service with immediate support, and now the issue is fixed :]
The only thing less-than-stellar about them IMHO is the cosmetics of their website, but I figure additional work there might produce overhead and end up costing their customers more so I can live with it. If I were fond of paying extra for pretty storefronts and boxes I'd be shopping at BestBuy ;p

Purchased a customized Sager laptop. There was a slight problem with my check card (had to have the bank raise my single-transaction limit), but I got an email from them right away, and quick communication back and forth when getting the problem solved. The laptop arrived when stated, and was very well packed. Would definitely buy from these guys again.

After sale Tech support very limlited. Couteous and polite however when I could get an answer out of them.
