Priced some Asus M6N notebooks around the net and rjtech.com came out a close second for best price. The first place vendor had ZERO ratings/opinions though so I paid a few bucks more and went with RJ since they have abundant good ratings/reviews. Very glad I did, b/c some of these M6N models have LCD issues, and RJ was the only vendor willing to go the extra mile for me and pre-check that before ship. Also, I had an immediate issue (another known issue with the M6N, 'poweroff when moved') and they kept up the good service with immediate support, and now the issue is fixed :]  
 
The only thing less-than-stellar about them IMHO is the cosmetics of their website, but I figure additional work there might produce overhead and end up costing their customers more so I can live with it. If I were fond of paying extra for pretty storefronts and boxes I'd be shopping at BestBuy ;p

Purchased a customized Sager laptop. There was a slight problem with my check card (had to have the bank raise my single-transaction limit), but I got an email from them right away, and quick communication back and forth when getting the problem solved. The laptop arrived when stated, and was very well packed. Would definitely buy from these guys again.

After sale Tech support very limlited. Couteous and polite however when I could get an answer out of them.

I'm very very satisfied of the service at RJtech.com. My situation is that I am in the Army and soon I'm getting kicked off to the desert for some happy fun time away from my home machine. Support is very prompt in returning emails and quenching any fears in my case. I was worried the product wouldn't arrive on time, however. With a request for expedited shipping, it seemed that I just might get it on time. The truth be told that it arrived exactly a week after ordering from their website (so that *includes* order processing time). (Laptop: 2.4GHZ, 1GRam, ATI 9000, DVD/CDRW, CDROM, and such else, and performing admirably so far) I strongly suggest R and J TECH for those looking for customization and promptness.

Excellent Service! I ordered a Pentium 4 2.4 GHz DeskNote with 40 GB HD, 512Mb Ram and a battery pack. Everything arrived on time and in good order. Unfortunately and no fault of RandJ the keyboard enter key stopped working after three weeks. I got a RMA promptly with no hassles. I returned it and got a brand new unit on time. The DVD drive was a little sticky and I expressed my frustration with it on a Friday and RandJ issued a call tag to pick it up free of charge the following Monday! After working the drive in and out over the weekend it appears to be ok so I had the call tag cancelled. However I was extremely impressed by their prompt and courteous service! I am also very happy with the quality of the products that they ship (as good as you can get from the manufacture!) I would definitely buy from them again and I would also recommend them to my friends! ( I already have.)

Ordered ATI Radeon VE via UPS three day select. Delivered on time, as ordered. Great price, good shipping rates. Will order from again.
