I am deeply impressed with the speed of their service. I ordered from them at 10 AM yesterday, and by noon of that day, it was shipped out. By noon of the next day, I had received my order. In the meantime, some of the other sites I had ordered from had yet to even process my order. Bravo to realhotstuff for their excellent and speedy service. I shall be ordering from them again in the future, and heartily recommend likewise for others who may be vacillating on whom to order from.
note: I used their "DHL Express Ground: 1 to 5 days" shipping service.

I ordered even though they were out of stock, and they got in stock the next day! Shipping was on time, but I almost exchanged it because of the V1.32 firmware, but that really isn't RHS's fault, is it?

The new CycloDS came with ver. 1.32 which had problem updating firmware. The manufacturer posted a beta version on their forum which fixed problem.
It is not fair to hold us to be responsible for the problem. We tried to help our customers who received the product and had problem. |

Great site. I ordered CycloDS Evolution that was clearly shown to be out of stock, however, RHS seems to have the best deal for US residents, so I figure I'll order and just wait until they restock.
After placing my order I realized that I didn't choose a color for the CycloDS, so I use RHS's on-site support ticket system to contact RHS to tell them that I wanted black. Sure enough they modify the order accordingly.
Fast shipping, fast customer support, and great prices. If they got something you want, you can be confident ordering.

Amazing company. The prices are good and the shipping is fast.The product arrived in perfect condition.
The product seemed to be defective, so customer support tried to walk me through fixing it. Couldn't fix it, so they gave me the info to send it back for a replacement. The next day, a new firmware version was released and they immediately contacted me and were able to help me fix the product.
It's so rare to find customer support that's knowledgeable, polite, and fast! I can't remember that last time I've experienced that prior to realhotstuff.

Realhotstuff did a great job, as always. They have fantastic prices, great shipping times and fast replies to service/support questions. I can't really say enough for them. I don't know how they have such low prices and give the service they do. Just fantastic.

Ordered 2 R4's and 2 TTDS. The R4's worked perfectly for a great price. The TTDS's didn't work, but customer service responded quickly and refunded me in full as soon as they recieved them back. Thanks, will be back for a 3rd order soon!

Real Hot Stuff delivered as promise. The item that I purchased was a CylosDS Evolution which was said to be in stock and was. I received a prompt email confirming my order and an email when the product was shipped including the tracking number. The online ordering process was easy enough. I would definitely buy from this company again. The product has been working great so far.

Ordered on June 1st (a Sunday) just as an item in the color I wanted went out of stock. Ordered a different color instead, and made a note that if any of the color I wanted were left I would appreciate being provided that instead and I was ordering now because I wanted the item prior to a trip in a few weeks.
Not only did the items I ordered arrive in 1 business day, but they also shipped me the color item I asked about!
Excellent speed, excellent response to a request that they didn't need to fill at all. Will definitely have me as a repeat buyer!
