Just completed my first purchase from RealHotStuff. Ordered a Supercard Lite/Superkey bundle on the 4th, and received it on the 8th. Everything was in nice condition and worked flawlessly.  
 
Its rare to find an online retailer with good prices, cheap and fast shipping, and good customer support. I will definately not hesitate to order from you again, and recommend you to any friends looking for similar products.

Kinda crappy way of fitting a 1gb microSD card and miniSD reader into the supercard lite box. I recived the package and the supercard lite box was dented (compared to another supercard lite package I have ordered from another store).  
 
My superkey did not work at first. I recived one that was dirty and had to chip off the melted plastic. I would have not know that was the problem if it wasen't for a website. ME+PRODUCT=SCREWED.  
 
Although the box was a minor problem, and the superkey made me think again from ordering here again, I loved the fast shipping (4 days).

I have purchased from RealHotStuff a few times prior to my most recent order so I knew what to expect.  
Their items are always priced competatively along with the shipping charges as well. I have never had an issue with them to this day.

I ordered a bundle from RealHotStuff. Good prices (even with shipping costs). Excellent communication, kept us all up to date on new shipments and E.T.A. for our orders on the forums. Once shipment came (there was a delay due to the SCL being a new product and the outage of it soon after its release), my shipment was sent promptly. It may take awhile to get to you if you're over the border (Canada) but that's due to customs and not on Realhotstuff's end as the date of postage was the date they said it was sent out. Overall, I'd buy from this site again and recommend it to friends.

My supercard lite came pretty fast, and they responds to emails quickly

I highly recommend RHS. Excelent consumer service, low prices, great bundles and one important thing, they treat the consumers like consumers and not like money.

Everything came quickly and exactly what I ordered. When I couldn't get my SuperCard to work I was allowed to send it back and get a new one even though the warranty has expired. Everything works perfectly and I'm estatic about my purchase.

I placed my order on RealHotStuff.com on Monday night 8/14 for a SC lite. I paid with PayPal and chose the cheapest shipping offered. On the same night that I placed my order, I got an e-mail with my order tracking number and my package was sent out the very next morning. It arrived on Thursday 8/17! Not bad for USPS first class mail! The package arrivved safely and in one piece.

I bought a set of screen protectors as well as some stylus's for my ds. They shipped everything quickly and all of the products work great, they do a great job and I would buy from them again.

Great store. Ordered on Sunday the 6th at like 6PM, using the cheapest shipping available ($5), my package arrived on the 10th. Pretty good considering I live on the opposite coast. :D The package came in good condition, with only minor box flattening thanks to the USPS people. Now I've got my M3 MiniSD and Passcard3 securely locked in my DS Lite. :D

This store ROCKS. I ordered my things (SuperCard SD, SuperKey)and since they were expensive (these were in all stores by the way not just Real Hot Stuff) I went really cheap and picked 5 dollar shipping. I was so worried it might take 2 or 3 weeks to get here. But to my surprise only 3 days later I got a package in the mail, my Super Key + Super Card was here! Great store.

Prompt shipping, excellent customer service, and competitive prices. Would gladly do business with again in the future.

Fantastic retailer. I can think of nothing negative to say. Place an order, and receive it VERY promptly. I placed three orders with this fine company thus far, and everything has come in perfect, functional condition. Only bad thing I can really say is that I did not find out about them sooner!
