I ordered on 9/15/07. Received e-mail they need confirmation of order 9/18/07. I called to confirm but what they really wanted was to sell me accessories I did not want. I was told it would ship out that night 9/18/07. Never received. I called on 9/25/07. They claim it was shipped on 9/24/07 but no info from a shipper so not sure it even shipped. Their policy on their website says everything is shipped within 48 business hours. NOT TRUE! Reasons they gave me for not shipping right away: They talked to my husband on 9/19/07. LIE..never talked to him. Then said had problem with credit card..another LIE. There are NO problems with cc. Then they said there was a holiday which also delayed shipping. I ordered the product on 9/15 and they claim it was now shipped on 9/24 (not 48 hours). Also their own website still shows the product as processing and not shipped. Basically they totally lied and would NEVER shop there again and please warn others not to shop their either.

Buyer’s BEWARE! This is a scam and this must be one of the worst companies in Internet history. I am extremely disappointed in myself that I placed the order in the first place at a company that does not have a clue what they are doing. This company will not get my money.

On Friday August 10, 2007 I have ordered Garmin Nuvi 680 from TrustedDealer.com because the price was the cheapest. On next Thursday August 16th I received the package but found out that the GPS unit was defective. So I resent it on Monday the 20th. It's been 15 days (today is September 4th) and I still did not get the tracking number. I called them 4 times and everytime they told me that it has been shipped and that they will email me the tracking number that evening. They failed to do so for the 5th time. They might have the best price compared to other web stores, but their return process/exchange is the worst I have ever experience. (And I am a frequent on-line shopper who has exchanged numerous items over the internet).

I ordered a NEW Garmin Nuvi 350 GPS. It was the best price in the market. Shipment was prompt - I received the product after 5 business days. It came in a white non-commercial box which made me suspicious about the product and whether it is genuine. I called the manufacturer and provided them with the serial number and they told me that the product was genuine. I am completely satisfied with my purchase and will do it again. The product came with all the accessories with no missing items.

Well, believe it or not, I actually got what I ordered, in a timely manner!  
I ordered a car GPS unit (on Wed 18JUL07, late), and they shipped it (on Mon 23JUL07), and FedEx Ground tried to deliver it on Sat 28JUL07). And, it's the one I ordered, brand new/sealed.  
I did , of course, have to go through the "credit card verification" call with the sales pitches for warranties, etc.), and it did, of course, take a couple of phone calls & e-mails to get the actual shipment tracking number (since they don't update the order status very often, when you login-on to their web page).

Here is what is listed on Better Business Bereau website - go figure! if you want to deal with these crooks.  
"Complaints received from consumers indicate that this firm engages in high pressure sales tactics. Consumers allege sales representatives attempt to pressure them into purchasing additional merchandise with their original order and if they refuse, the firm will not sell to them or continue with their order. After declining, consumers report difficulty talking to sales representatives, claiming they are verbally abusive and dishonest. A majority of consumers report non-delivery of merchandise and when trying to tracking orders, some consumers report receiving false tracking numbers while others did not receive any. "

I ordered a camera and received a phone message to call and confirm the order. I did; he verified my card information and told me it would ship that afternoon. No shipment, no charge on my card. Their web track says "in processing." I called back 1 week later, and they said it shipped, but they hadn't updated the web. Give them 10 minutes. However, still no charge on my card. I called back and expressed my concerns. The rep said all they had was a display model. I said cancel the order. They had lied to me repeatedly, so I had the rep stay on the line while I checked my email. I did receive an email from them indicating they have cancelled my order.

DON'T YOU EVER BUY WITH THEM.  
Ridiculous "customer service". Do not have inventory control. They claim they have the desired item, but they don't and they even charge you. Be prepared to waste 30 minutes at least when you call their "waiting-maze-redirecting-transferring" call center".

i made a puchse from this store and they charged my credit card on 4/20/07 and they never gave me any tracking number for my slr camera. everytime when i reach customer service they just kept me wait on line and hung up. what a unpleasant expereance with this online merchandise. im not sure whether i will get my order or not.

The merchant cashed payments on my MasterCard on April 27, 2007 (the day of my order) but never shipped the merchandize. I made several telephone calls and emails with no satisfactory reply. I repeated many calls and sent email for getting order status; finally I learnt that they have shipped the merchadize but never sent the Tracking number as promised initially. Long wait time for telephone calls (more than 30 min) is totally unacceptable. Communications on part of the merchant is simply miserable. I think the merchant is irresponsive and irresponsible.  
 
This merchant must get the lowest rating.

Well here is my experience.  
 
I ordered a Garmin Nuvi GPS on April 3rd. A few days later when I did not receive any shipping confirmation I waited on hold for 30 minutes and I was told that there was a problem with my credit card info. This turned out to be just a ruse to very, very aggressively try to sell me an extended warranty. After I declined this offer for the sixth time, I interrupted his sales pitch(lies about the Garmin warranty being no good) and told him to either cancel the order or ship it as ordered. He told me the unit would be shipped the next day. On April 6th my credit card was billed. Weeks went by with no tracking number. After much time and aggravation, literally hours of being on hold and getting hung up on and dealing with very rude people, after being told a few times that this order would arrive in a day or two or had been shipped when it was not, my order was finally shipped on the 18th and arrived on the 19th. They later emailed me on the 24th to tell me my order had been shipped. Gee, thanks for the heads up.  
 
Bottom line:  
 
This company has poor tracking, no customer service and are willing to lie at will. If you ever have a problem with the product when it arrives I cannot imagine getting any satisfaction or even a response from them. Stay away from this company. Whatever dollars you may save will be more than made up for lost time and aggravation.

I placed an order for a brand new olympus. Needed it by Xmas. Trusted dealer sent me a camera with NO BOX, no manuals. I called them to ask what had happened. They apologised and stated that they had probably sent me a refurbished camera, that I should send it back and they would refund full amount plus shipping since it was their mistake. They refunded me the amount minus a 15% "restocking" fee and no shipping cost. I called again. They said they would refund. I have called sinec just about everyday. I am put on hold up to an hour at a time (thank God for speaker phones!)It is now April 13th and this still has not been resolved. The credit card company will not deal with "restocking" fees and the BBB never helped. Basicalled the Trusted Dealer made $50 cash on me! This is a fraudulent company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! BUYERS BEWARE!

Trusted Dealer sold me a battery for my Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ1 that didn't fit my camera. Battery cost $119. I tried numerous times to contact customer service by telephone to get a return authorization number to return the part. I also sent an email. I was told that the manager had to handle the return. The manager never seemed to be in when I called. I informed the representative that I was traveling out of the country and needed to return the part ASAP. I was treated rudely, I was hung up on, and no one was able to give me the RA# that I needed to return the part. I sent the part back by UPS. The package was not accepted by Trusted Dealer, since it had no RA#. When I returned from my trip, the battery was here waiting for me. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will never shop with the again.

BAD company. Stole $1149. from me. Ordered television 2/4/07, They called me the next day stating the warranty was'nt very good on the t.v and they could sell me additional warranty , I rejected. 2/15 received a busted television (small chunk missing from corner w/cracks around hole), a screw and sticker missing from the back. Sent it back to them for an exchange2/21/2007 .Called them last four fridays (i work away during week) they say each time,that it will be shipped on monday. Friday 3/16/2007 they told me," stop calling Monkey " "when we get a refund from FedEx you will get your refund." What's FedEx have to do with Me and Them? They cannot send me an exchange or refund because FedEx hasnt refunded them? It has been 23 days since I returned their junk and I have received NOTHING but insults from them.This company should be shut down. I'm reporting their abuse to the BBB and consulting with a lawyer about actions to take for a refund.I seen some good reviews before I ordered, thats the reason I took a chance; however, those reviews had to been made by relatives or friends because I do not see how anyone can be satisfied with this company. I wish you good luck on any orders you have already placed, you will need it.

Purchased a new Olympus D580 digital camera with 1GB XD picture card. Wrong camera was sent. Camera malfunctioned within 6-month warranty period. Olympus advised me the camera I received and sent in for service was a refurbished camera and not under warranty and would cost more than I paid for it to have it repaired . After 6 or more call to Trusted Dealer they continue to deny the camera wasn't new. Have only agree to send me another camera. After 3-months I still haven't received a replacement camera. Service Manager, 'Anthony' is rude and has hung up on me rather than discuss the service and follow-up actions.
