This is a TERRIBLE reseller; stay away. Their customer service is the worst I have ever encountered. They do not respond to e-mail and are quite rude over the phone. I ordered a TV and also an extended warranty which they said was a factory warranty. Well, it is not a factory warranty and, from all appearances, the warranty company, Safeco, does not really exist (other than a web site with no phone number and no street address). They would not refund warranty cost, so I will have to pursue thru credit card company. I do not see how they can stay in business treating customers this way.

I don't think I've ever dealt with a company as unprofessional as this one. Thank God they pissed me off enough that I cancelled my order before they could charge me for it. This was by far, the worst experience I've ever had with a company.

This place should be shut down. They are impossible to deal with.I placed an order for a Garmin GPS. This guy was as nice as could be upon placing my order he seemed real helpful.He talked me into purchasing a sat.signal antenna and an extended warranty. The next day I called to verify which antenna he had sold me.He could not even tell me which model it was.I asked him if that when I received it and was not happy could it be returned. His response was a definite yes. Upon receiving items on Feb 16th and discovering it was not what I wanted I did not open item. Called them on Monday and they were not nice at all, they had their money. They told me it was a non returnable item. They lie and contridict what their policie statement says on their web site. Rude and unreasonable is an understatement. Do not buy from these crooks!

I would like to warn others about dealing with Trusted Dealer.com DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.
THEY ARE deceptive, RUDE, uncooperative, and will not work with you on any issue that you have. I recentluy purchased a Garmin GPS unit and unknowingly purchased an extended warranty
as they did explain the cost and will not alow me to cancel the $149.00 charge. They will hang up on you, get really angry and try to intimidate you, and even tell you they got your money so there is nothing you can do about it.
Don't make the same mistakes I did. STAY AWAY FROM TRUSTED DEALER.COM. I wish there was something I could do to return the unit and get my money back. This company should be shut down.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. I DID RECEIVE THE GARMIN C550, BUT IT IS NOT BRAND NEW, BUT A REFURBISHED UNIT. I DON'T THINK THEY SELL BRAND NEW ITEMS IN A PLAN WHITE GARMIN BOX AT LEAST IT'S NOT THE SAME AS WHAT BEST BUY SELLS. THEY WILL ALSO TRY AND UP SELL ACCESSORIES THAT YOU DO NOT NEED. THE UNIT WORKS FINE, BUT I HAD TO GO THROUGH A LOT OF CALLING TO GET IT. THEY ALSO OVER CHARGED MY VISA $10.00 WITHOUT MY APPROVAL WHICH I HAD TO DISPUTE. I AM JUST GLAD I DID GET A WORKABLE UNIT, BUT IT IS NOT WORTH DEALING WITH THESE CROOKS. SPEND AN EXTRA $20 BUCKS AND GET IT FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE...

They would as soon spit in your face as have your business. Ordered a gps on 5Dec. Received their follow-up "verification" phone call a week later. Having heard nothing about the product shipping, I called back a week later and was told that it had shipped. It hadn't. Be ready to spend endless time on hold and then hung up on when you complain. Their "shop with confidence" badges on their website appear to be bogus. I sympathize with the hundreds of consumers on this and other websites that have been ripped off by these lowlifes. I made this order around month back and I should have had it in 5-10 days. They have withdrawn the money from my bank account. On calling, they first said it'll arrive in a week. After around 10 days, they said "Your product was never shipped. Bye (hanged up)". Since then they are not picking up my phone!!
I also emailed them twice but seems there is no1 there who knows checking emails. The customer service people appear rude and uneducated and the service is poor (do not want to use superlatives).
I am frustrated from "Trusted Dealer". They must consider changing their name as the word "Trust" has some meaning in English language which do not reflect in their service.

RUDE LIERS WOULD NEVER BUY FROM AGAIN. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SANITY AND BUY FROM A LOCAL DEALER. ORDERED A TOMTOM GO 910 WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE SHIPPED SAME DAY, 5 DAYS LATER I GET AN EMAIL THAT THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH MY CREDIT CARD AND I NEEDED TO CALL THEM TO STAIGHTEN THIS UP BEFORE THEY COULD SHIP. CALLED AND MARK ZITO SAID "JUST CHECKING EVERYTHING WAS FINE WITH MY CREDIT CARD" BUT DID I KNOW I WOULD NEED SOME EXTRAS FOR MY NEW GPS, ANTENNA, SCREEN SAVER, CARRY CASE AND A SERVICE PLAN FOR THE GPS AS THE FACTORY WARRANTY DID NOT COVER ANYTHING AND THERE WERE A NUMBER OF NEW ONES FROM THE FACTORY THAT WERE BAD OUT OF THE BOX. THEY HAD A "SPECIAL" IF I BOUGHT THE ANTENNA AT THE REGULAR PRICE THEY WOULD THROW IN A SERVICE CONTACT,SCREEN SAVER AND CARRING CASE. AFTER BEING PRESSURED AND NEEDING THIS GPS FOR A BUSINESS TRIP 10 DAYS LATER I AGREED BECAUSE HE SAID HE WOULD SHIP THE SAME DAY AND I WOULD HAVE IT BY THAT WEEKEND, WELL I GOT IT FOR THE NEXT WEEKEND A DAY BEFORE MY TRIP. ANTENNA DID NOT FIT THE TOMTOM GO 910 BUT THE GPS WORKED FINE WITH OUT A ADD ON ANTENNA. CALLED 3 DIFFERENT TIMES (9/11/07, 9/21/07, 10/23/07 AND EACH TIME WAS TOLD THAT IT SHIPPED OUT...NEVER RECEIVED IT.THEN WAS TOLD THAT THEY NEVER RECEIVED THE INCORRECT ANTENNA. I HAVE PROOF FROM UPS THAT IT WAS RETURNED AND SIGNED FOR BY A J RAMOS. SO ON 12/01/07 AFTER MANY CALLS, MOST OF THE TIME WAITING FOR 20-45 MINUTES ON HOLD, HAVING THE WOMAN HANGUP ON ME WHEN I TOLD HER SHE SAID IT SHIPPED THE 4 DIFFERENT TIMES WHAT WAS GOING TO BE DIFFERENT THIS TIME. I CALLED MY BANK AND GOT A CHARGE BACK FOR MY $119 ANTENNA. WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE CHARGEBACK TRUSTED DEALER TELEPHONED AND CALLED MY WIFE A LIER, SHE WAS RUDE TO EVEN ASK FOR A ANTENNA (THAT I PAID FOR) AND HE SAID THE ANTENNA ONLY COST $30 (BUT THEY SHOW IT ON THERE WEBSITE AT $119). I WILL NOT BUY ANOTHER ANTENNA AS I THINK THAT WAS ANOTHER LIE FROM TRUSTED DEALER. IF TRUSTED DEALER WANTS TO ISSUED A CALL TAG FOR UPS I WILL RETURN THEIR "GOTTA HAVE" STUFF AS I ALREADY PAID THE UPS CHARGES BACK TO THEM FOR THE ANTENNA.

Do not buy from this store! They shipped me the wrong item and have repeatedly lied about sending me the correct one, then they finally admitted they never had the item in stock! THIS PLACE WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!

They are just scam artists. I have been buying things online for more than 12 years and have never dealt with anyone like trusteddealer.com. I ordered a Canon POWERSHOT SD800IS from the site and it explicitly said the item is NEW. After the order, I received an email asking me to contact them with regarding my order. So I called them and they tried to sell me some way overpriced accessories. I declined. 11 days later, I received the shipment and the item was not in the original Cannon retail package, it was in a Cannon refurbished package. I tried to contact trusteddealer.com about returning the item and was told I have to contact "myorderstatus@aol.com" for return authorization code. So I did and never get any reply. I called the Trusted Dealer again, now they started having problem hearing me...
Never buy anything from them again!!!

I bought a GPS system from Trusted Dealer and a External Antenna. Both were received in a timely matter, GPs works fine. But they had sent me the wrong external antenna. My order was placed in Sept 18,07 Within 3 days I had shipped the antenna back for a exchange or refund. And am still waiting to receive it. I"ve called customer service about 5 times now and each time they say it was sent that morning or the day before. And I'm still waiting on it. turned them into credit card company and hasn't been resolved as yet. Here it is Nov 5,07 and still waiting. They should not be called Trusted Dealer: As there anything but.You'd be good to stay away from them. Don't become another victim of this seller.

I only wish I would have found this site before doing business with Trusted Dealer. I can honestly say I will NEVER do business with them again and will do everything in my power to make sure that other individuals take their business elsewhere. As with the numerous posts on this site, I too have had nothing but one big headache since I placed my order with Trusted Dealer. Needless to say trying to save a couple bucks is not always the best deal.
My order was placed on 09/24/07 for a Garmin nuvi 660 GPS $510.00 along with an external enhanced antenna for $89.00. These items were in stock and ready to be shipped. I received a voice mail on 09/26/07 stating that they needed me to call their 800 number to verify my shipping address since they had been dealing with a lot of fraudulent orders. The only one performing any fraud was TRUSTED DEALER!!! When I called the number the sales person went into their “sales pitch” of accessories and an extended warranty which sounds very familiar to the other posts on this site. I did decide to purchase one of their external enhanced antennas for $89.00 but declined on the extended warranty. The unit did come within five days after placing the order which after reading other posts on this site I should be extremely happy with. The only problem was that the power antenna that was delivered was for a different unit. Trusted Dealer shipped the wrong one. I called their sales department and was given a return code and told that I would be reimbursed the charges of sending the unit back once they sent out a replacement part. According to the United State Postal Service my return package was delivered to TRUSTED DEALER on 10/3/07. I contacted Trusted Dealer’s customer service on 10/05/07 “which consists of ONE lady” and was told that the correct part would be shipped out the following day since they HAD received the incorrect part back.
It is now 10/22/07 and I have yet to receive the correct antenna. I have called their customer service department “remember, this is only one lady” every couple of days since 10/05/07 asking for a tracking code for my new antenna and get a different story every time I call. The first two stories I got were that the correct antenna HAD been shipped but that they could not give out a tracking number for the shipment. Why you ask, very good question and I was never able to get a response! The latest story from their customer service department “remember, this is only one lady” is that Trusted Dealer never received the returned part and that I will need to get in touch with the United State Postal Service “USPS” to find out where the package was delivered. I on the other hand DO know where the package was delivered because I track the product when returning the incorrect part and the package was indeed delivered on 10/03/07. Trusted Dealer has also stated that they had been in contact with the USPS local branch in NY and the USPS stated they still had the package and that it would be delivered on 10/18/07. So this is now the second time Trusted Dealer has stated they have received the package. So to recap, I have gone from Trusted Dealer stating they DID receive the returned antenna and DID shipped out a replacement, to they never received the returned antenna and they contacted the USPS and USPS stated they had the package and was going to deliver it on 10/18/07. UHHHHH!!!! When I asked the customer service rep “remember, it’s still only one lady” for the phone number of the USPS department she had been given the information from, she stated to me that she could not give out that information and that I would have to find the number myself since I was the one that sent the package. Come again?!?!? Did I hear this correctly? And this is the CUSTOMER SERVICE department!!!! I guess I’m supposed to believe Trusted Dealer since they have been so trustworthy so far! So, as of 10/23/07 I still have NO replacement antenna and I’m out the $89.00 cost of the antenna along with the cost of paying to return the incorrect antenna that was originally shipped.
Lesson Learned: The cheapest price on the NET is not always the cheapest price!!! If this post changes one person’s mind of giving their business to Trusted Dealer then my lost $89.00 was worth it!

UUUGGGGHHH!!! Do I ever feel like the biggest. I've ordered many items on line before, frequented Ebay, etc but never have I had an experience like this. Reading all these reviews shows the true nature of what Trusted Dealer is, or better, what it is not. My order was place on Sunday, Sept 30th for a Zumo 550 GPS. Advertized as in stock and will ship in 1-2 days. I received an Email on Tuesday Oct 2. They needed me to call their 800 325 0304 Ext 225 or 228 to verify my shipping address. Being slightly suspious by the way they answered the phone, I asked them to read verify what I had sent. They had my shipping address correct. It was then that they went into the "sales spill" of accessories and extended warranties. After a polite no, I was told that the Zumo would ship that day. I'm in Texas so I waited till Friday, the 5th to check shipment status. No answer at the office because they were closed for an upcoming holiday (Comlubus Day was Monday). Monday they said there was a delay from the previous week and that the product was shipping today (8th) and it takes 24-48 hours to post the tracking number. Thursday I call for the tracking number since it wasnt posted on the website. They were sorry but the itme had not gone out and was shipping today, next day air, their expense, so I would have it Friday (today). Hardy har har, No package when I get home and I find this wonderful website. I have contacted Citicard. Trusted Dealer was paid on
the 9th by Citi. Filed fraud claim with Citi. This dosent happen very often but Citi has always gone the distance for me if you folks ever have a need for help. Have to go wash the big S off my forehead. Trusted Dealer gives internet companies a bad name.

Fly by night outfit. Wish I had found this site before ordering. Placed order 9/30 for ZUMO 550, Credit card charged 10/1. Now 10 days later no tracking information. Called every day and sent 5 e-mails requesting tracking no one responds or gives you an answer. If you push while on the phone they hang up on you. I have no idea if its coming. Today I cancelled order and dispute with AMEX. Go elsewhere there are too many establishments offering same products

Without a doubt the worst service I have ever received from a company. I ordered Garmin NUVI 660 on 9/19 was charged on 9/21 and was told it was in stock by the rep who wanted to sell me an extended warranty. Was emailed and told it was in processing and I would be emailed an update. I called again on the 25th and was told it was shipped that day. I called again on 10/1 and was told it was in procesing and I would be emailed an update and I could not have been told it shipped on the 25th. I called today 10/2 and was told it was out of stock, I toldf her to cancel it and was told to have nice day and hung up on. I called Amex to dispute it and then called back. The woman said it was shipped this day. I disputed it and agaion was hung up on. I called back again and was told again that it could not be cancelled as it was shipped. That was all she would say about it and hung up on me. These people are the worst!!!!!
