I purchased a motion computing tablet PC from extreme notebooks. Every thing occured as promised, they followed up with me after the sale to see that I was satisfied and even fixed an issue that I was having with a body glove sleve for the computer. I would definitely buy from this business again. I am very impressed that they did not hide behind the internet and got on the phone and called me to assure my happiness.

This was my first notebook order online. They called promptly when I placed the order and we went over the specifics of the laptop. We made some changes and some upgrades to make sure the laptop was fit for our needs. Thank You to a great support staff. I called and had the notebook overnighted in time for a business trip and everything was taken care of. Thank You again for the great experience.

Totally Awesome!! I will gladly buy another one from Extreme. Their name says it all. The best service and tech support that I have experienced. They have reset the bar for quality and value. I have highly recommended them to my friends and family.  
 
At one time I called tech support at 1 am PST. They solved my problem with the software and my inaptitude quickly plus gave me extra advice in other areas I was frustrated with.

I really liked purchasing from Xtremenotebooks. I Eamiled them between Christmas and New Years (a time when most companies dont really care) and they got right back to me. I had to wait untill Jan. to order, while I was on the web site I had a few questions and being back in the U.S. I decided to call them, I spoke to Dave and he answered my questions as I configured my computer online. I then put in the order and we disussed it on the phone. Dave was very helpful with any questions I had (sometimes there site isnt always clear). The only complaint I had was they were a little pushy with adding on an extended service plan. In the end I think he was looking out for me (this is a $4500 unit, and I travel alot). But that was the only complaint. The worst part about it was the waiting, I could track the progress at there website, and when that wasnt enough (it seemed no progress was being made) I emailed Dave who got back to me within an hour saying that he spoke to the build team and that everything was on track and not to worry. After about 8 bussiness days in build the unit was complete and on its way to THEM as the web site said, I eamiled asking why they would do this (for some orders they do) but it was late. The next morning the doorbell rang and the UPS lady had my computer (all right!). I checked my email only to find that Dave had sent tracking info 5 minutes after i got the machine with a note saying that it was coming to me. I was very cautious in opening it and found it to be packed very well with foam holders and the box was very strong. The look of this machine is stunning the pictures on the web site dont do it justice. Even my non-tech roommate thought it looked good (a MANS computer she said, thank God it wasnt cute) anyway I turned it on and everything worked great I got the upgraded screen and it was well worth the money Stunning dosent come close to describing it. Over all the fit and finsh are great everything worked out of the box, but I am having some trouble upgrading the driver on the video card (plan to call tech support on that). Over all these guys are great I cant say enough about them, I see so many other companies treating there customers with little respect but these guys are the real deal. One last thing as I looked at there site again I saw that there was an inproved processor (I know I shouldnt look but i did) I emailed Dave to see if I could upgrade (mostly as a joke) and he got back to me right away with a price and also told me he could get a full refund for my current processor.

I was looking for a couple of years, dreaming of a top of the line laptop, saving money deciding on just the laptop I wanted. I have a bad back so I wanted a great laptop that would take the place of my desktop that I could use either at a desk or laying down and giving my back a rest. Which meant that I knew going in this was going to be a large purchase and it was a little daunting to make that large a purchase over the Internet. I originally was going to purchase from Voodoo Computers (decent customer satisfation and a large well known company) when my brother (a computer tech) showed me the Extreme Laptop Website. I found that I was able to purchase a BETTER laptop with MORE accessories from Extreme not just for the same amount but for almost $1700 less! Well as you can imagine I was a little leery having never heard of Extreme before but looking over customer feedback ratings it seemed that Extreme even had more positive feedback back than Voodoo, so I bit the bullet and ordered my laptop through them. I was ordering at the end of Nov on a Sat and expected to recieve my laptop probably around the end of Jan based on other time quotes. Imagine my surprise when not only did I receive a callback from Extreme that SAT to finalize my order but I was told that it usually took about 7-10 business days to receive my new laptop. I was floored, flabbergasted, I just was so surprised! Because from Voodoo the wait time was 30-45 business DAYS!!! WOW! I actually received my laptop 12-14-2005 BEFORE Christmas in about 15 days (11 business days after my payment was received).  
Now the not so good part, I open the box set everything up and noticed some hesitation and freezing when I tried to use it. When I tried to play my games it kept freezing and crashing completely! OH NO!! SO, I called my brother (the computer tech – so great having a computer tech in the family makes everything so easier, although he might be leaving for a year or so to be a consultant on setting up a multi-island Wireless Broadband Service down in the Bahamas, lucky guy!) who looked it over and said the most likely thing was either the ram or the motherboard, but based on the way it acted during testing he thought the ram was a good bet, so we called Extreme. They warned us that if the ram did not work that it was most likely the motherboard and that they would prefer to just send me a new one but we wanted to try the ram first because if that was the problem then it would be working much faster than waiting for a new laptop. They sent a new bank of ram to us and we tried it out but, unfortunately, it turned out it was not the ram, it WAS the motherboard that was having problems. We called Mark at Extreme again and they replaced the old laptop with a new one and I just received the new laptop. They went above and beyond the call by crosshipping me a new laptop so that I could get the new one faster and I cannot thank Mark and the other people at Extreme enough for all the hard work they put into getting me a topnotch laptop that worked just as fast as they could. Not only that but when I sent the old one back I left a disk in the machine and they said they would keep an eye out for it and if they found it they would send it back to me, they really care about their customers up there and I am just glad I bought my laptop from them, because although there was a problem with it when I got it, they worked very hard to make things right and make me happy again.  
The new laptop runs so beautifully that I just cannot describe it. I play EverQuest 2 and other role-playing games as well as Sims 2. My brother uses it to play Doom and Unreal. They look SO DARN GOOD on this Laptop!!! I cannot wait to try out Morrowind: Oblivion on it. Please if you are considering purchasing a laptop I cannot tell you how hard Mark the owner of Extreme worked to get me a new laptop that worked great. I know my brother is saving up for a new laptop as well and plans to purchase his through Extreme as well. Good Luck on your laptop purchase guys, I know I am very happy with mine!

I just received my dream laptop yesterday and to say that I'm thoroughly delighted would be a severe understatement. I ordered a maxed out Xtreme 909V after doing about 2 months of research with the "name brands", when your going to spend about 4,500.00 on a single purchase you tend to do your homework. I can honestly say that not only am I a completely satisfied customer, but I will be a returning customer when the time comes for a new rig. Customer service is second to none, not only do they really answer the phone within 3 rings, but all my emails were usually answered within the hour. Try that with Dell. Also, the pictures they have on their site do not in any way shape or form prepare you for the visual impact of the 909V when you unpack yours at home...all I could manage to say was WOW! If your looking for a quality laptop give xtremenotebooks a chance, do your own research and give them a call, you'll be glad you did.

I recently ordered a raptor 722v notebook from this very helpful online company. My call was handled in a very professional manor by Mr. Steve Nickels. First I would like to thank Xtreme staff for their help and their support. Dave and Mark and all the other Xtreme staff team were very helpful in getting my order right even though it took a second time to get it right. I am really happy with the supper fast service and the support that Xtreme team provided. I bought a 909v laptop on the 23 of Nov, and I received it on the 9th of December. I was excited about how the laptop 909v performed and looked however; I had realized that the card reader doesn't work. Therefore, I called the Xtreme support line and explained the problem. At the next day they took care of the problem. I am really happy with the service that they have had provided which it only took less then a week to have my computer replaced. Thanks and it's been a pleasure doing business with you. The best.

Just placed my order for an Xtreme 909V laptop. Dave the sales rep was helpful, informative and not pushy at all. Looking forward to my new toy, waiting is so hard! Will update on receipt.  
 
Update 1/3/2006:  
Well, to sum it up, all's well that ends well. XN took the full 10 business days to construct my new notebook and then shipped it 3 day select through UPS (recommended by the XN rep instead of normal ground because 3day packages are handled with more care apparently). For some reason, it then spent an extra week in the local UPS facility while I desperately called their customer service line only to be basically told to screw off, it'll get there when it gets there. UPS' policies towards recipients are terrible and I will never use them voluntarily after this very frustrating episode.  
Anyway, I finally get the 909v and am literally awed by the sight of the thing. It truly is a beast! Only thing was they forgot to include my external USB floppy drive. Well, one 5 minute call to XN and they OVERNIGHTED the drive to me with their apologies. Also, there was a bit of confusion when the video driver did not install correctly, but one call to their 24/7 tech support service solved that in less than 15 minutes. Now that's customer satisfaction people. These guys know how to run a successful business by understanding the power of referrals and keeping customers happy. My hat is off to you XN, keep it up!

Great product, great service! I searched long and hard, alienware, windows and others, all could not touch xtremenotebooks! I love the PC, graphics are awesome, it works flawlessly and quietly! It shipped when it was suppose to and arrived without a nick. Customer service was friendly and helpful. I will buy from them again!!!!!

After reviewing every laptop ever made, I finally settled on the Xtreme Fusion 909V. This is the smartest purchase I have ever made. I was impressed with my salesperson, Dave Antonucci, who answered every question to my satisfaction. Also, the Techs went out of their way to insure that my laptop would perform outstandingly. I am grateful that they were able to ship in record time which allowed me to depart on schedule.  
 
I plan on purchasing two more laptops within the next 3 - 6 months and I will only purchase from Xtremenotebooks.com.

These guys bent over backwards for us. We had some severe time constraints, and they came through like champs.  
Also, their testing procedures are way byond anything I've ever heard of.
