My laptop is great! I only have a few complaints about it, but they are manufacturer related, not reseller.  
I do wish that Xtremenotebooks.com offered AMD notebooks as well, just to provide more choice and maybe a competitive edge.

This guy knows what he's doing, offers great prices, and the lap top is awesome. He is also very helpful in suggestions towards accessories and where to get them, not looking to make an extra buck, merely helping.... He answered all the questions I had in regards to buying a lap top as well. Customer support is great too, and questions concerning airport security checkpoints was answered as well.
