This company is very unprofessional and completely uninterested in taking care of the customer. I ordered a Denon receiver on a Thursday and started checking the website for a tracking number or update. When I saw no change after a few days I called and the representative gave me an excuse that they had closed early and something else had happened on Friday and that the 'ware house' had not shipped them the item yet. So I said you sold me an item you had no stock of and he said 'well, I took it off the site after your order'. I asked how long it would take to get from the warehouse to them and he said he didn't know and could not find out. I gave them a few more days, now a week later and the same rep said he still had no idea when the item was even going to reach them just to start shipping to me. I asked if when it arrived they would expedite the shipping for all the trouble and he said NO flat out they would not do that. So I canceled my order and got a confirmation email. Luckily they had waited so long that the hold had expired on my bank account and had not been processed. I would advise you look else where and do not get sucked in by low prices; it’s not worth all this hassle. I will not be purchasing from them ever again.

I ordered a pair of oakley ski goggles. Got a very good deal on the item and the order came very quickly. I was also really happy with the costumer service.

Excellent service along with a great price. I found source one a few years ago when i purchased my first bluerey player. I have bought a few other things from them and they never let me down. Thanks again source one

This company advertised S&H included. When I ordered, the shipping was added ($11+). I tried to reach them by phone and could not get an answer. I emailed trying to find out what was going on and my order was cancelled without my knowledge

purchase a pair of oakley sunglasses. ordered them on Monday wearing them Friday. nice. fast shipping Awesome prices. saved $50.00 off the retail.

Ordered Sunglasses took about 5 days to ship received in 2 days price was about half of retail they dont accept returns on glasses so i would make sure you really love the pair you are buying i tried the glasses at a local retailer then order from them saving myself close to $80

This store has horrible customer service. They just want to take your money and don't care if they get repeat business through promoting customer satisfaction. On November 27 I ordered two pairs of Oakley polarized sunglasses. I meant to give them as Christmas gifts to my brother and father-in-law. When I received the sunglasses I took one pair out of the box and looked at them. I then realized that it would be too small to fit my father-in-law and never mailed them to him. I knew that stores give you an extended return time at Christmas, and with the busyness of the holidays I left it for January. But they won't even give me store credit! I will NEVER buy anything from them again and will definitely make a point of telling others about this extremely un-customer-friendly business. We buy a great deal of audio and electronic equipment and are in the market for a home theatre system, so they lost out on a very good customer. This review was modified by its author, Carol Ryan, on

Ordered a pair of Oakleys for my son for Christmas. Tried to exchange them because I ordered the wrong ones and they will not exchange them. You have to look real hard to find the NO REFUND policy. Buyers beware! The price was good but never had the glasses on and they said it had been past 10 days, well of course they werent open till Christmas.

Ordered a set of speakers that showed IN STOCK on their website on 10/25/2009. The speakers were also shown as a "best seller" on their website. Waited patiently until on 12/8/2009 I got an order cancelled e-mail, no explanation, nothing after waiting for over a month!

Source One Audio offered the best price on a turntable that I was looking for plus free shipping! I ordered it 9/25 and got it 9/30. It would have been earlier but I ordered it late on 9/25 and they do not ship on the weekends and Mondays, but it shipped in 1 day as I got an email notification that they shipped my item. I did ask for a tracking number, but they said they do not give that out. Would be nice to have that. I spoke to the service rep on the phone and asked a few questions and they were very curtious. I will definitely use them again for my electronics needs.

Ordered an amplifier that I needed for a job, and ordered it with expedited shipping. No communication from the company, other than order confirmation, until 3 days later when my order was canceled without any explanation. A phone call would have been welcomed. I am assuming out of stock, however the website still states the amp is in stock. This company exhibited poor communication and zero customer service. Last order with this company. Seemingly a great price but after ordering I received a confirmation but nothing since then. Site ssya everythign ships within 1 to 2 days but it's been 5 days and no word. They never answer the phone and do not answer emails (many calls and three emails later). Stay away, buyer beware!
