Excellent vendor. Bought Travel Charger + Car Charger Combo For iPhone & iPod for $8.30. Arrived promptly. When the travel charger did not work, they sent me a new one in no time.

Would NOT buy from again!!!! Took nearly 3 weeks to get my product. When the product came the product's decals where put on terribly. It looked like a 3 year old did it. Half of the decals were peeling off. Very disappointed.

I'm very satisfied.

Completely incompetent, and probably out of business, too. My order hasn't shipped (email and my account status claim it has), their "support" line's voicemailbox is full, and emails are bouncing with a server error saying that sales@ doesn't exist. With no way of contacting them, I'm initiating a chargeback.  
 
Obviously, I should have checked ResellerRatings first.

I was nervous at first to order from a place that charged one third the price for my zune's charger that everyone else, but I went ahead and am glad I did. It only took about 4 days from when I placed the order online until I received it. I lost my original charger, and this replacement I ordered works just as good as the original one I got with my zune. I will order other things from this company now that I had such a good experience with my first order. Thanks for the great service:)

I ordered 2 items, one of which was a Pantec Slate C530 Holster Belt clip which is reflected on the invoice. They shipped the wrong item; a Pantec Slate C520 Holster Belt clip. I have contacted them twice from the link on their website to RMA the incorrect item. I have NOT had a response to either of my requests.

I purchased an Ipod travel charger & an Ipod car charger...the next day they went on a special for only 99 cents each. I contacted HandHelditems regarding a credit since it was only the day after I had ordered. They didn't seem inclined to do it--claiming that the 99 cent special would have only applied to one item (although that is not anywhere that I could find on the ad - which was emailed to me the day after I had ordered the items). So no adjustment, and no more orders from me. I previously had ordered another item from them and it was not in the package...only an empty manila envelope. Oh, they had charged my credit card for sure. They didn't seem to want to believe that the item (which also had a rebate with it) - but they eventually sent me the item. I am STILL waiting on the rebate, of course!

I have order from Handhelditems 3 times. The first order was for two items but one was incorrectly filled with the wrong phone charger. After two calls and one email that I had to send them with a picture of what I received, they shipped me a replacement with a return shipping lable. I was satisfied so I placed another order for an iPhone FM Transmitter/charger/bracket to be used in my car. Excellent item, great price and a very satisfied customer here. This last order was for two iPhone covers by Gogo. They were received just as described, great quality and price. I am glad I didn't let the first order mess up keep me from getting the other good deals from this vendor.

My first experience with Handhelditems.com was terrible. It was in December and I ordered a xmas present on the 9th, and didn't have it by xmas. I called customer service numerous times while wondering where my product is, and always got a different answer (when I could actually get ahold of somebody). At one point, I was told their servers had crashed and my order had been lost, but I have no idea whether that was true. And almost everytime I called, I was always promised that they would check on my order and call back within a few hours. Not once did I ever receive a call back. I finally canceled my order.  
I usually don't do this, but I must have been feeling generous, because I decided to give them one more shot last month (April). I ordered a rubber iphone protector case. This time I did receive my product very quickly (4 business days I believe). HOWEVER, it was the wrong product. What I received was a plastic iphone case. I double checked my order on their site to make sure I was not the one that made a mistake. I wasn't. At this point, I really did not want to hassle with their poor customer service, so I just kept the wrong case that I received.  
My recommendation would be to STAY AWAY from this company. Very poor customer service and very poor customer satisfaction. Had I checked this site before I ordered from them the first time, I would not have placed the first order.

I ordered two of the samsung instinct mirrorized screen protectors.. I was pleased with the reviews and gave it a shot. The order also arrived in a timely manner.  
I have you guys on a bookmark for future purchases.. good website, quality stuff!

HandHelditems shipped the item I ordered the next day, and were prompt in replying to questions I submitted online. I'd definitely buy from them again.

BUYER BEWARE! I made 2 separate purchases from this company: the first one, half the order was wrong and the 2nd order did not include everything that was purchased,and of the remaining items, one was broken & the other did not fit. THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE OR RESPOND TO EMAIL. I disputed the charges on PayPal - their response was that I should email or call for an RMA number to return. COULD NOT GET HOLD OF THEM. I submitted the form for the RMA online - AGAIN, NO RESPONSE. I shipped the merchandise back & they refused it. Their merchandise is cheap & shoddy. They are clearly scam artists stealing money from consumers. DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I will be reporting them to the BBB.

Great product and the price is the lowest I found on the web. Super fast shipping. Ordered it on Friday and recieved it on Monday!!!! will buy from them agian.

Product arrived promptly, and just as described. A very pleasant buying experience for me.
