Good value. Item arrived in good condition and promptly once shipped.  
 
It did take ~7 days and an inquiry to get the item to ship...too long with no contact, no status emails, just silence for a week. Once I sent a request for status it miraculously shipped the next day...hummmm?!

I ordered two iPod Nano Crystal Clear Film Screen Protectors and they came so quickly. The screen protector was exactly what I was looking for. They were very reasonably priced but the shipping cost was more than the cost of the item. It was still worth it since I could not find what I wanted at other sites.

This was the WORST online ordering experience I've had. I tried contacting them to follow-up on my order and it took a week before I got any reply... only to be told, its on its way. Didn't get my product until almost three weeks later, and when I did I only get one item I actually ordered, the car charger... it was missing the case, but they sent the free protector. Doesn't make sense. They are not responsive and the products aren't even that great of quality. There are other sites that are much better. I will NOT be buying from them again.

This was my first time ordering from handhelditems.com, and I did so on my brother's advice. I like it. We ordered a total of 8-9 things from them and we will probably order from them again. Prices are good, site is easy to navigate, shopping cart is easy to use, understand and change, I can say that all around I like handhelditems.com.

Making up my mind about what products I wanted was difficult because HandHelditems had so many great items to choose from! Once I found what I wanted, the ordering process was very easy and the shipment arrived much sooner than I thought it would. I also ordered products for my daughter in a small town in New Mexico where it takes a few days longer to receive mail and packages, however the HandHeldItems package was delivered very quickly. Thank you HandHelditems. I will not hesitate to order from you again!

I'm sorry to say how disappointed I am in your products. I have voiced these complaints to the Sprint franchise.  
Your screen protectors, and there was only one, covered only 2/3 of the screen and was useless when the phone was held horizontally.  
As for the case, the rear part would not stay on when the keyboard was opened, and the top part would not snap on at all.  
The products were useless. You need more creativity in developing a replacement. If you had a rubberized non-hard case, it would be preferable. I bought a second Palm Pre, and rest assured I will not order your screen protectors and cases for this one.  
Get back to the drawing board, because once Sprint loses the exclusive to other providers, there will be many demands for accessories.

Absolutely the only place you need to know to get anything for your iPod. Terrific prices, lightning fast shipment. Everything arrives as described. I think this is the best deal in town.

BUYER BEWARE: ESPECIALLY if you are a buying from OUTSIDE of the United States. The WORST experience I ever had... When I received the item, it was DEFECTIVE right out of the box. I've sent in a couple inquiries in regards to this matter, but till now I did NOT get a reply! Called their customer service line, and all they would tell me is to ship it back on my own expense which is approximately $25 for international shipping, but the item is ONLY worth about $25 and there is NO GUARANTEE that the other exchanged item will work. So, when I questioned them (the customer service rep and the manager) if they test ALL units before shipping them out, they were very hesitant on the yes. Hmmm... makes me wonder if they really do? Plus when I ask "Mike", the so called manager, - when will I get or will I ever get a response back in regards to my inquiries, he sarcastically said "Probably sometime next Christmas, plus I'll throw in a X'mas card". Like... WTF? And you call yourself a manager. Definitely would rather have purchase this or ANY OTHER item from my local electronic store. I would never again purchase anything from www.handhelditems.com.

I ordered 2 cases and screen protector for my Samsung Memoir via standard shipping. It took close to 8 days to arrive but otherwise I am happy with my purchase.

I am very dissapointed with handhelditems.com, because it is not an efficiently runned business. My first order went of without a hitch. The second time I placed an order, I only recieved some of the items. I called several times and I got a recording everytime. The recording let me know that the mail box was full and said goodbye and hung up on me. I sent several emails which went unanswered.I told everyone and will continue to tell others to not order from this site.So it goes without literally saying that I give this store 0 stars because that is what it deserves. The order was so small I cannot fathom how it could have gone so wrong.
