HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. It took me over a month to receive my order, and when I did finally get it, my car charger quit working the 2nd time I used it. Total crap. WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS SITE AGAIN!!!!!

I purched a 17.99 plastic item as a Christmas gift. There was a $10.00 shipping charge. The item was sent in an envelope with no protection and arrived broken. I contacted Hand Held items and was told I would have to send it back at my expense and they would evaluate it. I told them I was not spending any more money in shipping and felt since they charged $10.00 and did not send it in a protective envelope they should just replace it. They never answered back. I would not recommend this company. They are not concerned with a satisfied customer.

After a number of orders placed and received without problems from HandHeldItems, I had an out of the box quality issue with one of the items purchased. I contacted them by email and phone on numerous occasions since mid December without news. They always promise to get back to me but never do...  
This vendor is happy to take your orders and ship product but offer zero after sales support.  
There are lots of competitive vendors out there offering similar products and pricing - I strongly recommend that you do not use HandHeldItems if you expect any Customer Service or support after sales.

AWESOME! I am always skeptical when ordering from an unfamiliar online company. I just want to say that the shipping was fast, the products were exactly what I ordered and the price was right! I aleady recommended this company to a co-worker to order from and received compliments on my new items :)

I would never buy from this company again. I ordered this product on Dec 30th, and STILL HAVEN'T RECIEVED IT (It's January 15th).  
 
Week after week I asked for information on where the product was (as I was charged on my account for it) and after my fourth inquiry, I finally got an email back telling me that they would "look into it." Another week passed before a tracking number finally arrived in my Inbox. Yet the product still has not arrived. When I track it, the date just keeps changing...one day later and later each time I look.  
 
Poor customer service and poor shipping. I can't even review the product but the company is so bad, I want everyone to know to stay away...  

Product arrived later than expected, but not too late. It was in good shape and was the product I ordered.

Ordered two Nano cases on December 30th, it's January 14th and still no products. I received a notice to rate my transaction and satisfaction with the item before I actually took delivery. No statement of backorder or out of stock, nothing explaining the delay. Very poor and I will never purchase from here again. Hopefully my items arrive.

Zune 80-120 Mirror Reflect Screen Protector that was what i was supposed to get it was just a regular clear screen protector in the end ripoff but but good thing it was marked down from 15& to 5$ or i would of been madder. don't order from Handhelditems = ripoff

Placed order on 12/25/09 and still hane not recieved it. They will not respond to emails and the USPS tracking number is worthless. Should have checked here first before I ordered. I guess they don't care about loosing customers and they certainly have lost this one.

DO NOT BUY FROM HANDHELDITEMS.COM !!! I spent $100 on a toner cartridge and it was defective. Handhelditems would not replace the purchase. Other reputable online sellers have replaced a defective toner cartridge. Read reviews before buying online.

Good seller, received order confirmation and shipping confirmation with tracking. Items as described and well packaged.

Do not order from this seller. Claimed they shipped a product via email, but never forwarded tracking number. Repeated requests for updates have gone unanswered, and item now showing "out of stock" on sight. Not a problem except they lied about shipping and ignore further inquiries. This is called "FRAUD" in the rest of the world.

I ordered my items on December 18. I paid for express shipping and still didn't get them until December 31. Customer service is a joke. I sent several emails and tried to call and still have not received a response. I will never order from Hand Held Items again.

I ordered 8 items - all were accessories for iPod Touch. I received the order complete within one week. The chargers were made of cheaper plastic than others I've seen, but the price was also considerably less so I feel I got what I paid for. They are all still fully functional after 1 month. I would order from this business again.
