I ordered a Universal Charger that was on sale. When it arrived it was not the charger pictured on the site - it was not even the charger shown on the box! It did not come with instructions; the only instructions are on the site and they do not match this charger because it does not have the buttons mentioned. The input and output specs listed on the box also do not match the input and output specs on the charger itself. It appears to be a cheaper charger substitute just placed in the better charger's box. It is not worth the time and money to return it. I sent an email but have not received a reply. I do not trust them and will not deal with them again.

Poor communication with the store. I emailed three times to find out why the status of my order was pending, and received no reply. I phoned and spoke to a rep - he told me that he had the company on the line, but he was on hold and would call me back - never received a call. I called back several times and received a message that the mailbox was full! Received item about a week later without ever receiving any reply.

Order July 29, still haven't received my order. Queried USPS to find out it's been stuck at the USPS 33345 depot since Aug 01! Sent an email to HandHeldItems. All they did was tell me what I told them, except they said the order will be here today, which it isn't. This is supposed to be a 3-5 day delivery, looks like it's going to be a 3-?? week maybe delivery. First and LAST time that I will order from them, eForCity.com is FAR superior - should have stayed with them.

My phone cause is perfect for my personality! Its durable, cute & extremely effective against scratches and dents on my phone. Im glad I found this site & can almost guarantee that I will be using it again.

Items all came as expected, price for 4 ITouch accessories was very good. Have been using for a few weeks and have had no problems.

I ordered about a dozen items and when the order arrived one item was not included and one item was incorrect. I contacted them and they were very nice and apoligetic. The got the information from me and they sent out the correct items right away along with a postage paid label to return the incorrect item that was sent. Simple and no real work for me.  
The items were prices right and the quality is great.  
I would definately order from them again. They stand behind what they sell and offer wonderful customer service.

I ordered their Incredible Erupting Volcano Simulation and Lighting Effects for $12.99 + $9.54 shipping and handling. I received it with the main viewing area of the front plexiglass severely scuffed. I returned it for replacement, and then about a month later received the same exact one in return. I ended up paying more for shipping back and forth, than the product cost itself. And then to receive the same exact one back again. I wrote them about it twice, but they would not respond. I gave up, but with a lesson learned. NEVER BUY FROM HANDLEHELDITEMS.COM. Take my advice, unless you would rather learn for yourself what poor customer service and a ripoff this company is.

Expected the items to be delivered in 5-6 business days, but was pleasently surprised to see the item on my porch only after 2 days!

Horrible! I ordered two cell phone chargers for my LG VX8600. Instead of sending my the correct chargers, they sent me two Motorola chargers instead. After talking with them on the phone, they agreed to send me the correct chargers. When the new package arrived, it contained two LG VX8300 chargers, which are totally different than the VX8600 chargers. Out of the four chargers they sent me, none of them were correct!

Good value. Item arrived in good condition and promptly once shipped.  
 
It did take ~7 days and an inquiry to get the item to ship...too long with no contact, no status emails, just silence for a week. Once I sent a request for status it miraculously shipped the next day...hummmm?!
