They Shipped just a small part of my order - and claim now that all my order was shipped!!!

I can not write a review because unfortunately almost a month later I have yet to recieve my order!!!! not a happy customer at all!

I ordered an item, but never received the package. The post office indicated that it was returned to handhelpitems.com's warehouse in Oregon. I called the company numerous times to get the item reshipped or refunded. I spoke with "Ken" several times about the issue and even provided him with a supervisor's name at the U.S. Post Office who he could call to confirm that the item was returned to their warehouse. It has nearly three weeks since I first began calling the company and I still have not received the item, a refund or even a call back, despite numerous calls. This company is hands down the worst company that I have ever dealt with!

iPod home charger that I bought did not charge my new iPod Touch. I sent email to their sales and received no reply at all. No customer service. Do not shop here.

I rec'd the product w/in a few days. After the second use of one of the USB car chargers, it failed. I sent the following email on 9/9 and have heard nothing from them since. Crappy service if everything doesn't go perfect.  
 
EMAIL: "1 of these failed (red light does not light - no power) the second time I went to use it and there is no way to open to check the fuse etc. Please send replacement ASAP."

I got my Palm and I love Palm. Have been using them for a LONG time. Am more comfortable with the older versions, just bought a Tungsten E. I am not electronic savvy so I am insulted that I just paid $269.88 for a "new" palm that was used? refurbished? I don't know! When I opened the box it was already "on" and it said the last hotsync was 2003. I had problems synching it to my Palm info from my desktop so I called Palm tehnical support and was quickly told that this was not a "new" device. That they had discontinued selling these a couple of years ago and when I told them that the screen said last Hotsync 2003 - yeah, used before!! Very frustrated because I was lied to. I could have bought a refurbished one from ebay for under $80!! I was taken and I can't believe there is nothing I can do about it.

16 days later and did not receive my items or get credit as I requested! Customer service e-mails aren't answered in a timely manner nor are the responses you actually do get proper.  
Do not recommend them...

This is the second time I have ordered from them. Both times I had shipping problems where items took over two weeks to arrive. Both times I have sent them e-mail regarding the issue and NEVER got a response. I have called and got their "Voicemail" that no one ever returns; probably because it's overloaded by other unhappy customers.This order arrives with the wrong item and now I'm probably stuck with this garbage iPhone case that I don't want.

Never received my complete order. Lousy customer service. Calls always go to voicemail and no one returns your calls. Email customer service is equally lousy. I ordered 2 products and did not receive one and the other one was a mismatch and did not fit my cellphone as advertized. My advise go somewhere else

ordered and received airsoft rifle in a timely manner, however the gun was a slightly different model then what I ordered. Handheld rep admitted that the item pics needed to be updated. Also gun didnt shoot very well due to internal problems, when I called to get an RMA for returning it,I got the run-around for over a week and still haven't gotten a straight answer. Bottom line I got screwed an am going to file a claim with my bank and get my money back....TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE(If you want to return anything)!!!!

Very poor service, ordered product to be delivered to UK, product not arrived, terrible correspondance and customer services. Given the wrong tracking number and still no idea where my product is. Will be requesting an refund but no e-mail are ever answered and certainly no apologies.  
 
If you are UK based i'd suggest giving this company a big miss

I am using I phone 2G .This transmitter is not good and Have to hold it tightly to get the proper transmission..NOt satisfied with this product.

Ordered 3 item for Ipod Touch and Iphone on Aug. 4. and waited and waited. They finally got here today, Aug 21.!!! Shipping charge to BC from California was $19. Not impressed with that service. Articles look quite cheap and poorly made.  
Too bad. I will not be a repeat customer.

I ordered a Universal Charger that was on sale. When it arrived it was not the charger pictured on the site - it was not even the charger shown on the box! It did not come with instructions; the only instructions are on the site and they do not match this charger because it does not have the buttons mentioned. The input and output specs listed on the box also do not match the input and output specs on the charger itself. It appears to be a cheaper charger substitute just placed in the better charger's box. It is not worth the time and money to return it. I sent an email but have not received a reply. I do not trust them and will not deal with them again.

Poor communication with the store. I emailed three times to find out why the status of my order was pending, and received no reply. I phoned and spoke to a rep - he told me that he had the company on the line, but he was on hold and would call me back - never received a call. I called back several times and received a message that the mailbox was full! Received item about a week later without ever receiving any reply.
