As our order mall states we reserve the right to change the method of shipment at no additional cost, its not always possible to ship Priority Mail. Sorry you are having trouble with UPS delivery, we contacted them, they
will contact us by end of the day of Jan6th(as we informed you) with results of
tracing and will issue insurance payment. You have delayed getting
replacement order sent due to your refusal to authorization of your credit
card. This is standard policy for pre shipment for just about any company.
We would have been glad to ship replacement order when you first called. If
you have requested chargeback from your credit card company as you stated, then we will
not ship replacements, and just issue a refund and the chargeback will be
reverse. We really don't understand why you are treating us so poorly and
making this so hard to do, you must not be aware of standard policies
regarding lost/defective merchandise, I suggest you check around.
ps There is no 20% restocking on lost orders, they are refunded in full including partial shipping cost on the lost part of order. As far as treating you professionally we were NOT the one who was very vulgar on the phone, and we apoligized for hanging up after your vulgar remarks. We will issue you a full refund on the missing package and partial refund on the shipment. UPS has not yet declared the package lost, and the refund will be issued at such time it is declared lost, as it may still be delivered.
IN CLOSING, UPS finished tracer on Jan 6th, mailed claim form and we issued partial refund on Jan 7th.
I ordered an EpoX 4PEA+ and had it in two days! It was drop shipped directly from EpoX in California to Indiana. I asked the salesman (Doug I think) to make sure the MoBo was delivered by Friday. Well, it was delivered on Wednesday! Now that's FAST!!! I will definatley order from Lynn Computer Products again. Oh, anyone looking for an EpoX MoBo? Lynn Computer Products is your store.
Ordered an Abit NF7-S from Lynn with two day delivery. Everything went without a hitch. Good price and did not try to gouge me with shipping. They will be getting more buisness from me. Great retailer!
So far things are going well with the order.
I did order a PowerLeap adapter with a 1.4Ghz Celeron processor and another Celeron processor. Some one named Doug called my home apparently to confirm that I had ordered two Celeron processors.. It is probably odd or unusual for one order to be for one adapter and two identical processors, so calling to confirm the order does indicate that the employees of the company are paying attention to detail and doing the right thing when something does not look right..
Three Cheers and Kudos for Doug.
My wife and I are looking forward to seeing the new processors arrive..
Thank You

Hi, sorry but we are a small company and do not have the technology for realtime inventory online. All our product pages state to email sales@lynncomp.com for availability. We do list ETA for new, not yet available products.
