They did NOT have my "in stock" item.. but they did refund my money with in the week. I suggest calling first/or ordering via phone if you are counting on the part.

Item was exactly what I ordered. It fit perfectly on my car and took very little time to install. In addition the shipping was very fast, received part in a few days. Thanks much and will do business in future. I'm a very satisfied customer.

Ordering from Partstrtain was a pleasure and shipping was right on time. I was happy with the prices but the quality control could have been better. The grille was ok and fit just fine. The bumper had a slight crease on the drivers side and one of the bolt holes was not properly cleaned.

Average parts selection, shipping and handling costs are outrageous. Ships fast.

Overall service good.  
Took about a week for the part to be shipped. With weekends included, it took about a week and a half to recieve shipment after order was placed. (time was not a huge issue though so I chose the least expensive shipping method). All in all, a low-hassle transaction.

good prices...fast delivery but wished they had my Clutch Slave Repair Kit in stock but other than that they were great and will continue to use them for my part needs

I have ordered from you in the past and I have never had any problems when buying one item. This last purchase I ordered two things and will be receiving them a week to two weeks apart.

When I ordered the item online it said it was in stock, They sent me my money back and did not say why, so I called. I was told that the online site was not always up to date and that they were out of stock, well I have check back for the last 2 weeks and it still says in stock, but they are still out of stock. I guess I order from a different place.

I was pleased with the speed of delivery, but minorly irritated by the product itself. I ordered a front license plate mount for my 98 Acura 3.5 RL, and recieved a part that was built for an integra?? I called the customer service and they said, "no its the right part", so i tried it out. As it turns out, the part was designed for another vehicle, but just so happens it fits on my Acura when placed upside down. I was not exactly thrilled with this idea, as the part seemed jimmy rigged to fit and was resting at an angle against the lowest front grill. The way this part fit was not exactly a good look, considering the ACTUAL mounting location for the OEM front license is a foot above where this part rests. I guess my car is street legal now, but the part was a little below the standard i was expecting. If there was a part actually disigned to specifically fit MY car, i would be thrilled to find it. Well. . . . . I got my wheel cover for my Hummer in a timely manner, but, when I put it on, there was a small tear (1") right out in the middle of it. Mind you, I installed it in full sun on an 81-degree day and the fabric was quite supple. I have covered the tear with black electrical tape, but I'm disappointed that my new wheel cover for my $62,000 vehicle isn't perfect. I would have ordered the denim version, but with leather seats it just doesn't seem right to put denim anywhere on the vehicle.

Ordering was easy and there was a good selection. The purchase transaction was smooth and easy HOWEVER, the rest of the transaction has been less than easy. When I log into my account (with my email address) there is no order. I can use the track shipment option using the order number I received VIA EMAIL and the tracking links don't work. The web site needs work on the back end of the transaction. I called the shipping company to track the package today (5-26-09) and they informed me that the parts WERE STILL IN LA. I ordered the parts on 5-19 and my tracking number was sent via email on 5-20. The shipping company is AGS (AGSystems.com). I would not recommend this shipping company to anyone. My parts have not moved in 3 working days. Therefore I would not recommend companies who use them either. This would include Parts Train.
