I ordered 4 parts from this company and 3/4 of the order arrived, but they canceled the last piece.
Unfortunately, they canceled one part and did *NOT* refund my shipping/handling. Essentially this is a bait and switch where I got charged S&H for 4 items, but only shipped 3 items.
I argued with CC company, but partstrain won since they said some BS that customer cancelled orders are not refundable. I did *not* cancel the order, but parttrain blamed me as if I had.
I highly am against ordering from them and they operate as a network of about 10 different websites (marketing campaigns), but still the same horrible service.

Easy search for 1988 VW Vanagon parts. Parts Train had parts other websites did not. Order was shipped promptly and was received the next day.

On AUG. 19,2009 I order a door handle for 1998 Toyota Camry for Driver Side door. Approx 4 days later I received a door handle for a 1997 Toyota Camry Passenger Door! I made several calls in an attempt to explain the error your co. made. Your employee's were rude, inconsiderate, and couldnt give a damn! I was told I would have to re-order and again pay for the same item! I later received an E-mail stating I had to send the item back at my expense and pay a restocking fee! Why!!?? This was your error! Now you want me to pay double and pay for shipping and re-stocking? How absurd! Now that I am in your trap, I have ordered the part again! I pray that it will be the correct part for if it is not, I will again have to PAY, Finally: Mr Fusano has intervened on my behalf and resolved the parts issues. Thankyou Very Much!

I ordered online from partstrain. It was easy, even for me, an older girl. (59). I was pulling into a parking space and I guess they had some kind of pole or stationary things I did not see.
I broke both corner lights. omg!!!
One good thing ... husband is away fishing all week. Wheew!!
Got on parts train...found the part, could afford the part.. bought 2.
I got them in 2 DAYs!!!! Hoo HOO.. husband is still gone.
You are not gonna believe this... I changed both broken corner lights in less than 10 minutes and didn't even need directions... just followed my nose.... didnt need any tools not even a screwdriver, not a wrench, or pliers ...not anything.
Car looks like new...and husband came back today.
knows nothing. I am a very happy girl ... for very little money!

WAS AMAZED AND DELIGHTED AT THE SPEED, ACCURACY, LOW COST AND QUALITY OF THE PARTS FOR MY 2003 LINCOLN TOWN CAR. HAVE INSTALLED ALL BUT THE GRILLE AND HAD VERY LITTLE DIFFICULTY. ONLY PROBLEM ENCOUNTERED WAS THE ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR ON THE PASSENGER SIDE OF CAR. REPLACEMENT WAS DIFFERENT AND CONNECTION WAS RATHER DIFFICULT.

I ordered a radiator for my 1996 Toyota Camry. My only concern was that the web site did not tell me or I missed seeing it was the following. Is it in stock and where is it going to ship from. Other than that I recieved it five working days after placing my order.

Having placed my order for truck parts, 7/31/09 at the California office, they immediately transferred the order to their Virginia warehouse, much closer to Ohio! This appropriate action, plus shipping by ground delivery, I had the needed parts in my hand, in 3 business days! Now THAT'S service, from coast to coast! I have to give you guys an excellent job rating, for efficiency, with this order!
I will be ordering additional parts from Parts Train, for all my future orders! Thanks for making this site available for all us Old Fogey's on SSA, who can't afford local retail prices for parts we need, immediately! GOOD JOB, well done!

Ordering went well enough. Two pieces of a Honda exhaust: the mid-pipe and the muffler. I received tracking orders for both parts the same day. The Muffler came within 2 days. The midpipe is a different story; although I have a tracking number, Fedex has no record of receiving the part. Calling customer service claims that it has to be sent out of a THIRD warehouse...with no ship date yet. It's a good thing I paid with Paypal....I can at least dispute the charges (YES, they DID charge for the ENTIRE order, the day I placed it!) This review was modified by its author, Stoodybaker, on

This is a company that operates out of the Phillipines and they deal through a warehouse in Ca. I ordered an entire exhaust from the cats back when switching from single to dual exhaust. The order came in pieces by Fed Ex with no packing slips and no accounting for what the pieces were. They never sent me a detailed email of the invoice either. They had to additionally ship me one of the mufflers that they forgot to send (after arguing with them about it) and after another fight they were suppose to send the tail section they also forgot to originally ship. Now they claim the tail section is out of stock and refunded me an adjusted amount (due to the package discount). Customer service disputes their own web site which indicates that it is in stock. I think they just didn't want to eat the shipping on sending me another forgotten part and they expect me to reorder at the higher price plus shipping. After more arguments they agreed that if I reorder I will get free shipping and the tail section at the credited price. We'll see. How can they be out of stock indefinitley on a Walker tail section for a Grand Marquis? The price they gave me kicked everybodies butt however, the horrendous Phillipino customer service and the "going on 3 months" in trying to get my exhaust system will make me never do this again. I'll just go to Ford next time and be done with it. They are a scarry company means they are technically not even in this country and you can never speak to someone truly accountable. I am glad that this is almost over with.

This company is a scam. They use bait and switch tactics to get you to buy higher priced items. The items shows in stock, you order oneline, they take the money from your account before processing your order, and then they wait 4-7 days to tell you the item is out of stock,then you are told it will be another 3-4 days to get a refund. I called customer service, was hung up on once, waited 30 minutes the second time only to be told they could not help me. I then tried callilng back to order the same part. I was told the part was in stock, I asked the sales person to verify that it was. He assured me that it was. When I told him that I had just spoken to customer service and was told the part was out of stock he hung up on me. Be warned if the price seems to good to be true it is. (also US Auto Parts, Parts Train, and Auto Parts Warehouse are the same compnay).

Hi ordered my door handle for my car. It was a fast
painless way to get it. I received it a few day's
later no problems. It fit perfect i will be back for other parts.
