I have a 2001 GMC 1500 both electric window regulators are broken. I ordered a new drivers side regulator #C462936 to see if it would fit and how easy it was to install it. I order the part on Friday and it showed up at my door in Scarborough, Me on Wednesday. The part fits perfectly, no re-drilling every bolt hole was where it was suppose to be.I had the part installed and working in 15 mins.The new regulator is fast and quiet, I am very pleased with the product, the shipping speed and how easy it was to install it. I am now going to order one for the passenger side. Thank you Parts Train, you people are awesome!

It was very quick and easy to order my replacemant radiator.Also the parts look up and description were accurately listed and the pricing was excellent!

I ordered (4) mud flaps for my car ('97 Camry), and they are perfect. However, be advised that the cost ($45.52) although reasonable, was then increased by $31.92 for "Handling". That is in addition to shipping. Seems excessive. The parts are nice though, and shipping timely. Just seems to be a way to increase the price by almost 80% by charging the handling.

 
the experience I have had with parts train has been a very good one. Even though I place my order on a week end of a holiday. the order was shipped on the first business day after and I received it the next day. When I thought the part was bad and requested a return it was granted. It was found to not be bad so I am keeping it. I appreciate the way I was treated as a new customer. their customer service is top notch.

When I first ordered my Replacement brand shocks/struts, the discription on the Parts Train website said set of two,the fact was they were sold individually. Im still waiting for shipping info for the second order to complete my order.

This was a quality Replacement Tail Light assembly that was fit right on and was of very good quality and a very good price. It costs less than I could buy locally even with the shipping costs. Will buy from again.

Ordered replacement wheel covers from this website. I will agree they came in a timely manner. BUT I am very angry that I put them on and they had fallen off sometime during a 15 minute drive. I no longer trust that the item they claim is for my car is actually for it...

I recently purchased an O 2 sensor for my '91 Volvo. Confused at first by the installation instructions, I placed a call to your customer service dept. and got excellent verbal details.
