Items were received in a timely manner and were the correct part.

I don't have the order number in front of me but the service was excellent. Parts were correct and the shipping was fast. The parts were for a 740 BMW

Not a good experience. I was sent an email for a discount for best of March and Expired the day I ordered and would not take my discount, very disappointed.

The part ordered was a perfect match plus inside the shipping box was a Ad for AUTOMD.com which has proved very helpful.

I tried tracking my order over the internet on March 12. The FedEx tracking statement said the parts had been delivered on March 11, but I had not received them. Two issues came up that may need resolution. First, the order number on the FedEx tracking statement is different from the one on my original invoice. Second, the FedEx statement says the package was delivered to the fromt door of "Spokane, Wa." No address is given.  
I called in and got favorable responses from the agent I spoke with at Parts Train. I assumed the parts had been delivered elsewhere as the order no. was different and there was no address given on the tracking statement. Today, March 13, a neighbor from down the street dropped off the package that had been delivered to the wrong address. The address on the package was correct. Now I am told by Parts Train that a second shipment is already on the way. i appreciate their efficiency and will call them again and return the parts when they arrive, if FedEx delivers them to the right address. I am very satisfied with Parts Train and very unhappy with FedEx.

I was pleased with the service and ease of ordering with Parts Train. Parts were as described and not available locally, even thru the dealer. Parts Train saved me a lot of work and frustration in searching wrecking yards for usable replacement parts, and did so at a good proce!

Delivery was quick. Quality was excellent. I was disappointed to receive a handling charge in addition to the shipping charge. When comparing a vendor, I did not account for handling charge, just shipping charge in addition to part price.

On february 24 of this year made a order # pt60609770 and has been more than a week I have only recive 1 of the headligths I contact you guys by internet and nobody can tell me when I will get the second headligth can you guys tell me .

I was disappointed by the amount I was charged for shipping, and with how slow it was. Then, to make matters worse, the rearview mirror I purchased seems way too dificult for me to install! I spent enough on the part, the extra glue (that it turns out I didn't need) and the stupid shipping, who wants to pay to have it installed? I can't! I don't care what happens next to my car; I will NEVER do business with this site again. I would rather walk to Checker.
