I was very disappointed in my experience with 123buydirect.com.  
 
I ordered a large TV on their web site then called to confirm. No problems. They reviewed my order on the phone and said my TV would be shipped in a couple of days. Over the next week called a couple more times to get shipping confirmation...I got a pretty bad run-around on their phone system bouncing between Sales and Customer Service. Finally after a week the Sales guy admits they don't have the TV in stock and it will be a "couple more days."  
 
I wish they had just told me they didn't have the TV on any of the dozen times I called previously. A complete waste of time.

After buying an HDTV with 123BuyDirect, their sales team kept in constant contact w/ me and any of my neurotic questions I was asking and kept me on top of things. When the shipper had an issue w/ my tracking number they called them up and made sure I was taken care of and a few days later my TV arrived in IMMACULATE condition. Their packaging was GREAT. They really secured the TV so that it wasn't going to fall or get damaged. Thanks.

I recently tried to purchase a TV (8/14) through this company and was told my credit card was declined, which was fine, until I tried to cancel the order. It turns out I was charged 1000 dollars regardless, which wasn't even the full amount of the order. I am currently in the process of trying to get a refund from them but the hold times are excessive and I just get shifted through the customer service phone loop anyway. My order status still reads 'for shipment' though I asked to have it canceled 2 weeks ago and I have e-mailed them a copy of the statement showing them charing me money and have not recieved a response. I'm going on 4 days without one.

Another Internet ripoff artist that can't deliver what they advertise. Any business like 123buydirect that claims they need to "talk to you" for security reasons before they will confirm the order only wants to sell you a different product because they don't carry what you ordered. I would bet most of the "positive" responses in this forum are from the owner's family members. SAVE YOUR MONEY! STAY AWAY FROM THESE LOSERS.

Received what I ordered at a good price. Contacting them by phone to ask a question was more difficult but overall they provided what they said they had in their on-line store.

Ordering via the Internet was easy. Order was quickly confirmed by email. I received a phone call within 2 hours to verify that I approved the charges to my credit card. One item was missing when I received my order the next day. A call to 123BuyDirect was handled courteously and the missing item was sent out with no delay or hassle.

Items were shipped quickly and were exactly as described and expected. No attempts to "up-sell". Overall a good experience.

My shopping experience was excellent. The web site made it so that it was very easy to find exactly what I was looking for. The description on the site was very accurate. My purchase was delivered in 3 days.

Found there products to be very dependable and service when I called regarding extended warranty coverage was excellent

Excellent. I got all the information I needed over the phone and was then able to place my order, successfully, online. Packaged delivered when promised.

simply fabulous quick and personal service (they gave me a call to verify charges on credit card). In fact it was so good that I will shop with them first for future purchases.

A more detailed description of the items included in the accessory pakage would have been helpful but still ok.  

After answering my phone and getting my order information, they put me on hold and will not speak to me. Have called multiple times and different days. They are ignoring me. I have emailed them and asked to cancel my order for fear of fraud and lack of respect. Although 123buydirect had the lowest price on a Pioneer Elite tv they seem to not have a part to ship me. So far no reply from emails. : (

Typical NJ scam artist. Lowest price on a 65" plasma, claimed to have it in stock. I called a few days later to check status, salesman said he had to call the factory and call me back, which he never did. Repeated the process again a few days later and finally canceled the order.  
 
I ordered the same TV from visualapex.com, got a great price, and received it 5 days later. Guys even unpacked it and carried it to my living room at no extra charge.

Price with shipping was a better deal than the same product on ebay and many other online stores. I would say I got a good deal.
