I would never buy from them again. I processed multiple tickets and did not receive replies to most all of my questions. There customer service is the worst.

Great Product. Works great with the Ford Premium sound system on my 2 door explorer. The sound quality with my iPod is awesome. It was very easy to install and the instructions where easy to follow. thank you.

This company provides excellent advice and speedy service. Earlier this year, I purchased a used car with a damaged stereo system. To replace that system, I needed special parts. I special orderered a bypass harness from Autotoys, after checking with them to make sure it was the one for my car, and they shipped it promptly. They are very well informed and well organized.

Worked very good.  
Fast delivery and items as ordered.  
Will use Autotoys again

Upon installation of the iSimple iPod Interface it appeared to be malfunctioning. AutoToys quickly arranged an exchange (ticket: JZD-352668) and the new unit works perfectly.

A total NIGHTMARE from start to finish. I could not have been taken care of worse. I wish I had never done any business with you.

Shipping is expensive, especially for european countries like mine - in comparison to other stores which offer lower shipping rates. But service is EXCELLENT, in my situation a wrong item has been sent - the correct item has been re-sent at no extra cost! such service merit a great reputation! thanks autotoys -

The iPod stereo adaptor was received a few days after I ordered it and the instal was done by a local car stereo store.  
I am for the most part very happy with it, I just wish it supported USB charging that my new 3G iPHone needs. but other than that it works great.

Placed an order. Did not receive confirmation. Emailed immediately, did not receive reply. 12 days later reversed charges. Losers.

Customer service worst I've ever encountered. 5 days after I bought an item, I still didn't know if the company was alive other then Paypal deducting money from my account and paying Autotoys.com. No replies to my e-mails about order status or shipping information. No phone number posted on website. When I voiced my concern on their bulletin board, they deleted my post and banned me from the forum. That shows you that they can't take criticism and delete anything negative to have the appearance of a superb Internet merchant. They even boast that they have been online for 14 years in their forum. Who cares if the customer service sucks? I rather deal with a company that has been online for only a year but has a great customer service. I would think twice before buying from Autotoys.com

I read some bad reviews for Autotoys.com, but decided to take a chance because they had the lowest price of the item I was buying. My purchase went very smoothly. I emailed them with a question about an item, and received an answer by the next day. The item was shipped within a couple of days of placing the order. No problems at all.

I had shopped here before w/o any issues (a couple of years ago or more), but the company has gone downhill since then.  
 
I initially placed an order for some audio install accessories and wiring, along with some headlamp conversion kits and two bulbs. All were listed as being in stock (the online listings do show when an item is out of stock or not available).  
 
The order went through OK and I got a confirmation email. Two days later, I received another email that the entire order had been canceled due to "item out of stock / some items out of stock".  
 
I checked the website and saw the headlamp conversion kits were out of stock, but it looked like everything else was in stock.  
 
While canceling the entire order due to one item being short was an inconvenience, I was ready to re-order with another (more expensive) headlight kit. The description was conflicting- the part number they listed on the website did not match the size listed. I sent an email and learned they no longer carried this kit.  
 
Since I still needed the original items and was also in the market for some seats, I noticed they carried a brand I was going to buy elsewhere. I like to get as much from a single source as is possible to save on shipping. The seats that were selling for around $140 to $180 each elsewhere were about $360 each on Autotoys. I knew the seats weighed about 30 pounds each, and the Autotoys listing showed a shipping weight of 88 pounds. Since this looked like a listing error (the price looked like a per pair, not per each), I sent another email. The reply I got was the price was "Each like it reads".  
 
I hope whoever is running this company reads these reviews. I was willing to spend some money here and due to sloppy listings / no inventory / high prices I won't do so.
