I'm one of the unlucky people that purchased a defective product, but the way the guys handled it at autotoys was outstanding. I had a product go bad after 5 months of use, I emailed them with my problem they got back to me the next morning and quickly came up with a more than fair, and equitable way to return and get a new one so that I could have the new part in hand when I went to deinstall the old one. It saved me time, something I don't have a lot of and I am grateful to know that great customer service still exist online.
