These guys are the WORST ever online business I have ever dealt with. And I have been buying online since the invention of ecommerce. Stay as far away from these guys as possible.
Do not listen to the few satisfied customers. If you buy from these guys you are going to regret it.
Support is non-existent except for a two word reply to pages of complains dirfecting you to an upside down forum on their site.
I have had it. I bought a video interface from them. I just throught it in the trash and shopping for a replacement somewhere else.
The unit was plain with no brand name, no model, no FCC ID (wonder if it is even legal for them to be selling this). And they want you to be cruising on their forum looking for help.
No phone support ever. Even the phone number they have for ordering products is disconnected.
Well, I was warned. I read some reviews on them before ordering and just ignored them. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Thank you for your review for the product you purchased from autotoys.com - you are the FIRST customer to complain about the information provided with the product you purchased.
Our primary support is through email, this is printed on your invoice. Email is best because we can QUICKLY see the history of all comments and reply VERY QUICKLY
We also responded to all of your emails within a hr or less. VERY FAST. This is the best way to communicated since all our replies and yours are tracked.
I am sorry you even answering your emails as quickly as we did, sometimes within minutes, you did not feel it was fast enough.
The product you purchased is PLUG AND PLAY. It is a no nonsense easy to install unit. Even the wires on the unit are LABELED with EASY TO UNDERSTAND terms. It is labeled, 12volt accessory (power), ground, parking brake and video 1. These are the most basic terms used for 12 volt installations. The other connections are a Y harness, it simply Y in (plug and play).
You could have asked us more questions via email (which we would have responded to you very quickly) but you choose not to.
Of course everyone has their own experience level working in cars, and if you cannot understand 12 volt accessory (which is power), ground and parking brake, we would highly suggest that you see a professional installer.
This information was also posted in our forums, and as a matter of FACT, when you wrote us in an email, we responded almost IMMEDIATELY with a LINK to the DIRECT THREAD. There was NO SEARCHING through the forums for the info. You asked for it, we responded quickly and gave you a direct link to the forum post with a URL.
All the information was there. And of course, you could have emailed us again for help with specific questions about anything you had a question about and again, like all previous emails you sent to us, we would have responded quickly and directly to your email.
I am sorry you are not satisfied but everyone has their own comfort level for what they can accomplish with the knowledge they know, and as always, if you do not understand the info, we will always recommend a professional installer.

Very pleasant experience. Autotoys helped find the right product for my car (within an hour of sending email on a Sunday night - fast!). Gave me a free shipping coupon. New product arrived in perfect condition. Unfortunately, the product, DICE i-MazdaR does not work as advertised for a 2003 Mazda 6S and now I'm stuck with it. For 2004 and older vehicles, Mazda did not connect a joint on the circuit board of the radio. To use an aux or ipod adapter we sell or do not sell, a fix must be completed.

This was EXACTLY what I wanted and got it at the best price to be found. Of course not too many places are selling the setup. Autotoys answered all my Questions before and after the sale within a day. Will come back the next time, and the prices on other car electronics are amazing, already told my friends.

Great Product! It's exactly what I've been hunting all over for, and at a lower price than anywhere else! Product shipped extremely quickly and showed up at the house sooner than I thought it would! Will definetly shop here again! Highly recommended!

I'm one of the unlucky people that purchased a defective product, but the way the guys handled it at autotoys was outstanding. I had a product go bad after 5 months of use, I emailed them with my problem they got back to me the next morning and quickly came up with a more than fair, and equitable way to return and get a new one so that I could have the new part in hand when I went to deinstall the old one. It saved me time, something I don't have a lot of and I am grateful to know that great customer service still exist online.

the product is exactly what I needed to finish that custom look to my aux audio jack. The shipping and handling fee was a little excessive, but I was unable to find the product anywhere else.

I was suprised at how fast the shipping was even though only regular shipping was selected. The item worked exactly as it should and was a great addition to the car. I was a little skeptical since their price was lower than others, but everything I needed was included and was perfect.
