The order arrived complete and in a timely fashion
Instillation of PXAMG and HD Radio in my 2009 Z06 took about an hour and was easy as described.
The systems was online with the second engine start as stated and works just as advertised
Thanks for making this a pleasant experience

I purchased the PGHFD1 IPOD control for my 06 Ford Mustang to upgrade the shaker 500 factory radio. The wire harness was easy to install. The product worked like a charm was Simple to install just like its name. Sounds Great with my Ipod generation 4 all functions on the Ipod work well just a little getting used to what button on the radio does what however that was easy to overcome, also ended up having to move dipswitch #1 down to the on position in order to get everything to work on the Ipod. All instructions were easy to follow disconnect the battery!!! The Product performs just like what was written in the product description. I will be placing my next order with WWW.AUTOYOYS.COM.Thanks for the great product.I will be ready to install another one in my 04 F 150. JB from So. Calif.

This was he fist time I had bought any item from autotoys it took awhile to get here and they do take the money first then ship later and I do mean later like two days later the product was ok with the exception that the highs didn't work on the amp and shipping being a bit steep for something under 1.5 lbs I would recommend if you had no hurry for the article your looking for and didn't mind paying a hefty price for shipping or dindnt mind something dindt worked I worked around it . :)

THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH . ORDER PLACED AT 3PM 4/09. MONEY IMMEDIATELY RELEASED FROM PAYPAL. NO WAY TO FINDOUT ANY THING UNTIL I COMPLAINED VIA EMAIL, SINCE NO WAY TO TALK TO A HUMAN. NOW I FIND OUT THAT IT TOOK 8 DAYS TO SHIP EVEN THOUGH ITEMS MARKED AS IN STOCK. IF YOU ARE CONTEMPLATING BUYING ANY THING FROM THIS STORE, I WOULD ENCOURAGE YOU TO SHOP ELSE WHERE. I HAVE NOTIFIED PAYPAL AND CONSUMERS REPORT ABOUT THE POOR MANAGEMENT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE OF THIS COMPANY .

This order took quite a while to get completed as I had to open up three tickets before all was completed. But as of this writing the product has been received and all is correct on the account. It would be better if a telephone contact could be made but they will respond if you are just patient. I understand that something must be saccrificed to get the good products at such good prices.Costs must be cut somewhere and telephone staff is expensive. Good Job guys. Thanks for being Honest with me.

Except for the shipping rate being High from UPS, I was extremly happy item # 88002020 Buick Regal Pocket. It was recieved in excellent condition and earlier then what it was scheduled. If there is ever a need for another hard to find part I will definitly come back to Autotoys.

I ordered an HD Radio Kit on 2/11/09 I checked the status of the order on 2/16/09 and found out it had not shipped yet. I emailed them on 2/16/09 to find out whay it had not shipped. On 2/17/09 they responded that thye did not have the item and i could contiue with the order or cancel it. I responded immeditaly to cancel the order. Autotoys the took my order and placed it into backorder. I went on line and checked and they had already charged my credit card.
I looked further into this on Autotoys website under thier terms and conditions it states that they will not charge your card until it ships. WHAT A LIE. Secondly it says that they will gladly refund and cancell your order if they do not have the product to ship. ANOTHER LIE.
I have already filed a complaint with my credit card company.
DO NOT TRUST OR BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
they have even had thier phone turned off, and i noticed on one of thier web pages that they are trying to sell the AUTOTOYS.COM website for $1,500,000. What a joke

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!! I purchased a stereo/navigation system from them on Dec 5th because according to their website, it was in stock. I got an email two days later from someone at the company stating they no longer had it in stock and could either ship me something else or cancel the order. I responded asking them to cancel the order and I found the navigation system elsewhere and for cheaper. A week before Christmas I checked my credit card statement and noticed that Autotoys.com had charged my credit card for the $1300 stereo I asked them to cancel. I logged into their website and found that the item was listed as "backordered", not cancelled. I have emailed them three times through their website AND I AGAIN emailed the person who had emailed me about the item being out of stock , as there is no way to call them or speak to someone, and they have not responded to any of my emails. Meanwhile, the charge is still on my credit card statement gaining interest and the item is still listed as backordered. I had to cancel my credit card so I can dispute the charge and the credit card company can investigate. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!

Very satisfied with the product and service. No problems whatsoever. They have great prices, easy ordering, and fast delivery. Plus - the install package is complete with everything you need for the install. You don't get 'nickled and dimed' into having to buy additional items at inflated prices.

These guys are the WORST ever online business I have ever dealt with. And I have been buying online since the invention of ecommerce. Stay as far away from these guys as possible.
Do not listen to the few satisfied customers. If you buy from these guys you are going to regret it.
Support is non-existent except for a two word reply to pages of complains dirfecting you to an upside down forum on their site.
I have had it. I bought a video interface from them. I just throught it in the trash and shopping for a replacement somewhere else.
The unit was plain with no brand name, no model, no FCC ID (wonder if it is even legal for them to be selling this). And they want you to be cruising on their forum looking for help.
No phone support ever. Even the phone number they have for ordering products is disconnected.
Well, I was warned. I read some reviews on them before ordering and just ignored them. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Thank you for your review for the product you purchased from autotoys.com - you are the FIRST customer to complain about the information provided with the product you purchased.
Our primary support is through email, this is printed on your invoice. Email is best because we can QUICKLY see the history of all comments and reply VERY QUICKLY
We also responded to all of your emails within a hr or less. VERY FAST. This is the best way to communicated since all our replies and yours are tracked.
I am sorry you even answering your emails as quickly as we did, sometimes within minutes, you did not feel it was fast enough.
The product you purchased is PLUG AND PLAY. It is a no nonsense easy to install unit. Even the wires on the unit are LABELED with EASY TO UNDERSTAND terms. It is labeled, 12volt accessory (power), ground, parking brake and video 1. These are the most basic terms used for 12 volt installations. The other connections are a Y harness, it simply Y in (plug and play).
You could have asked us more questions via email (which we would have responded to you very quickly) but you choose not to.
Of course everyone has their own experience level working in cars, and if you cannot understand 12 volt accessory (which is power), ground and parking brake, we would highly suggest that you see a professional installer.
This information was also posted in our forums, and as a matter of FACT, when you wrote us in an email, we responded almost IMMEDIATELY with a LINK to the DIRECT THREAD. There was NO SEARCHING through the forums for the info. You asked for it, we responded quickly and gave you a direct link to the forum post with a URL.
All the information was there. And of course, you could have emailed us again for help with specific questions about anything you had a question about and again, like all previous emails you sent to us, we would have responded quickly and directly to your email.
I am sorry you are not satisfied but everyone has their own comfort level for what they can accomplish with the knowledge they know, and as always, if you do not understand the info, we will always recommend a professional installer.
