The 1024mb only worked for a week. No response from Micro-Magic. No wonder it was the lowest price.

Warning, the one positive feedback is from the merchant himself, as he has sent me two threating emails already, and states that a new website has already been established. Please BEWARE! The scam part is all true, you will never get a tracking number from this guy. I highly suggest those whom have been scammed to file with IC3.gov (partnership with FBI and white collar crime unit) and the US postal inspector's office. If he mails fraudulently labeled items over state lines, IT IS a federal crime.  
At this time this person has frauded me out of 219.99 and 4 Gigs of RAM. Please feel free to contact me if you need or would like further information to aid any recoveries.  
His web site has been down since at least 4-4-06, yet he is still getting feedback on pricewatch.com? He is using pricewatch.com as the way to reach the largest part of his victims.  
 
I have a file at least 2 inches thick on this person I have compiled in trying to get him shut down and my monies back. I am a disabled person whom relies on her computer to do shopping and pay bills, etc etc, whom also lives on a very small fixed income. Losing 219.99 is losing a lot of money for me. GOOD LUCK and BEWARE this company!

Purchased 1gb Micron memory. Ordered this on 3/11 on 3/16 they emailed me and stated my credit card was declined. So i pull up my credit card statement which shows me everyday new purchases. Low and behold there was the charge for the Micron Memory. So after about 50 emails since the phone # always goes to a fax machine. Leo emails me and said sorry there was an error we will send out today. Fine i waited about a week later i got it. Of course not what i ordered it was 512mb and off brand thought i would give it a chance since that was still a good deal. But it wouldn't work so i tried another motherboard and it still didn't work. So i went to a local computer store and paid them $30 to test it. And of course it was DOA. I have emailed and called the number and get no response and now there website is no longer there.

Price was great and delivery in two days. E-mails and tracking received from seller were timely. No problems with the product. I would buy from them again.

I received an email of receipt confirming the order I made from micromagic through yahoo store order system the same day. I have never received anything and any response ever since. Both Yahoo Store and Micromagic are crooks.

Ordered 2 256mg RAM memory cards; notified 3/17/06 that it was shipped; as of 4/4/06 never received. Have reported fraud to El Monte PD & to my credit card company in an effort to get money back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - They don't answer e-mail or phone calls. Website is now disabled.

This person has never responded to email. The phone number listed is a fax it seems 626-401-9974, the one that seems to have been voice has been disconnected 626-401-3922  
 
I urge everyone to not buy anything from this store, and to contact your better business bureau. Also report him to your credit card company and bank as fraud.

Do not purchase from this company. What a joke and a ripoff. Will not answer email. Best thing to do is turn it the problem over to your credit card company. Don't give the company the chance to screw you again.

I like much of the other people on this website have been scammed by Leo. He was very unprofessional when i called he was talking like a thug and thats when i knew i wouldent see my money back. He asked me if i had an RMA, i asked him, so i can send it back and you can scam me like the rest of these people and give me half my money back?  
 
He ships the wronge item to you and refuses to give you the correct item when you catch him. and says he has to charge you a 15%-30% restocking fee.  
 
I conteacted my bank and issued a dispute and was given my money back. Make sure you go to you bank to and tell them you want to fill out an affidavid for a chargeback and make sure you print out a copy of this site and staple it on and you will get your money back.

Pricewatch add claimed Samsung 1 gb memory - for Sis & VIA boards. Received order - not true Samsung memory and only 512. Fake label on heat sink - removed heat sink, no Samsung label. Email info to Samsung. Not their memory and has never done buisness with this merchant. Emailed MicroMagic.us. They said they mail it back - include check for 15$.

I ordered a 1GB PC2100 DDR SDRAM DIMM. I received an off-brand 512MB PC3200 DIMM, fraudulently and obviously rebadged as a Micron Technologies 1GB DIMM. On calling the merchant I spoke with Leo, who gave me an RMA instantly and claimed that this DIMM would work in some motherboards as 1GB (totally false).  
 
I suspect this merchant is responsible for knowingly commiting fraud and will be contacting the apppropriate enforcement authorities.

Very poor customer service. Placed an order on 1/2/06, never received purchase. Attempted to contact via email and it continually bounced back. Attempted to contact via phone and was unsuccessful. As of this date I have still not received my purchase, however I was lucky enough to be able to do a chargeback on my credit card. I would not recommend this seller to anyone.

Funny thing is that I started researching this company when I realized that they've charged my account yet have never sent me a receipt or any order status to my email address. Reading reviews of this company on resellerratings and pricewatch I was shocked to the extent of the foolish mistake the I made. As expected the ram that I ordered 1GB 3200 DDR didn't work, the damn thing didnt even come in a static free container.

same complaint as others--I returned memory because it was not compatible and it has been many weeks with no refund, no return e-mail, info@micromagic.us is bad address, etc. I urge you all to file a Better Business Bureau report with me. It is free, easy, and it will stay on file even if he does not respond. You simply fill out a form. Please do this.

Micromagic.US- The same as others. I bought four sticks 3700 1GB by Samsung, the order arrived OK. They sent wrong module. I have sent Emails, yet to respond. Modules do not work with Chaintech- 9CJS. They were supposed to send standard(low density), instead they have sent High density.
