Ordered memory they sent registered mail memory heatsinks only.
Went round and round with cc co and they say since they had registered mail they would pay it.
I am refusing to pay but these folks need some serious legal action.
There are warnings all over the net.

When I didn't receive this order after a week I called and was told the post office sent the order back as undeliverable. They said my account would be credited and that I would have to re-order. So I re-ordered and received the second order in 4 days. But when I got my credit card statement I saw I hadn't been credited but charged again for an order I hadn't received. As of March 27, 2007 I'm still going round and round with the credit card company because Micro Magic marked both orders shipped and used the same tracking number on both so they both show being delivered. I may have to eat this one, but in the end I think they are the ones who will pay the higher price. Three know the truth. One of the three makes the finally judgment. I leave it in his hands.

The order was for a microprocessor. Around 15 Jan. '07, I called them as I hadn't received the part. They told me I had to call back next week. I did. Got a phone voicemail box that was full. I then located another number, which was obviously a cell phone. I spoke with a young sounding guy. He said that the part was "lost in the mail." I said O.K., I want the part, send me another one. He said the part was "out of stock." He insisted on giving me a refund. I said O.K. He gave me a transaction number.

Well, according to Mastercard that refund never took place. About two weeks after my phone conversation with the guy, I received in the mail a computer memory heat sink (two pieces of painted aluminum). That's not a microprocessor. I waited a week to let Mastercard's letter of credit to my account arrive. I mailed the memory heat-sink back to 4magicus.com with a letter explaining that I was aware of their fraudulant practices, and to refer any future communications to their bank.

About two weeks later they sent me the Yahoo.com store front email invoice. They were messing with me. I called Mastercard and cancelled my account. I knew, by then, after reading complaints at pricewatch.com, and other sites, that these people were scam artists and that my card number was out in the open.

One additional note here. I emailed Yahoo.com again and again about this store front they are hosting. Each time my complaints were brushed off rather rudely and I was told to contact my credit card company. I have seen complaints about this company going back as far as 2005, at Yahoo.

What does this mean? It means that the credit card companies, yahoo.com, and pricewatch.com have been getting complaints about these assholes for over two years--yet, they are still allowed to operate. What does that tell a rational person about the credit card system and these two enabling companies?

Further, during a phone call to Yahoo's corporate headquarters, in CA, I was told point blank that Yahoo doesn't give the full credit card information to the store front companies, only the last four numbers of your card. Yet, when I got the memory heat-sink in the mail a yahoo.com invoice was enclosed which contained my full card number, expiration date, my name, address, and phone number. This means that 4magicus had the information, that Yahoo lied to me, and that my card information was at risk while floating around in the USPS.

The system protects the criminal, while grudgingly responding to the victim. Corporations lie like dogs. Scammers easily avoid recrimination and easily manipulate the system. The credit card companies and the issueing banks push away reports of fraud as long as they can get away with it, as does Yahoo, Inc.

BUYER BEWARE, IT'S REALLY THE JUNGLE ON THE INTERNET, NO MATTER WHAT THE CORPORATIONS TELL YOU.

I am looking for something nice to say about 4magicus.com. I ordered 2-1GB sticks of pc3200 non-ecc ram and received 2-1GB sticks of pc2700 ram which did not work in my system. I returned them stating the order was filled incorrectly. They sent replacements and before they arrived, I was charged an additional $100 for the "upgrade". The word SCAM comes to mind and I sent an email and got no reply. I called the main number from their site and got a full mailbox, no answer, no message machine. I called the sales number and got a salesperson who was cheerful until I described my issue. I did not authorized them to charge me an additional $100 on top of $170 I'd originally paid. He became hostile quickly and tried to obfuscate the issue wth memory jargon blaming me for ordering incorrectly. The problem is not with the memory anymore, the problem is respect and 4magicus.com doesn't respect their customers. I now have some working RAM and will take the $100 hit as a lesson to be more careful where I shop online. When the salesperson threatens to hang-up on you, says they feel sorry for you, and basically insults your intellegence, they really don't want your business, they want you to shop elsewhere. Don't worry I will. My advice is to be careful if you choose to do business with 4magicus.com. Their biggest mistake was violating my trust and failing to notify me of this additional charge. The bitter taste of poor quality remains much longer than the sweetness of a cheap price!

Paid on line, wrong item sent. Company rep Leo Gullien offered to replace at no extra cost.
After one year of stalling, his email has a fake error message right after they sent me an email stating they had no record of my purchase. I sent proof and that is when the fake messages came back to me. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. I have no products, no refund.

I ordered 2 1gb memory cards from this company. recieved a confirmation e-mail on 25 March. My credit Card was charged. 3 weeks later I tried to contact them. Couldn't get to their web site, "Could not be found". I have not yet recieved my order. Instituted a "search" and found this webv site. I notice that only 2 satisfactory ratings were evident out of approx 25 Very Unsatisfactory ratings. I'm going to contact a lawyer and the BBB.

I purchased a "KINGSTON 256MB PC133 SDRAM (32X64)" on 3/25/06. My Credit card was charged!
To date I have never received the product.
I have attempt to email this company - No Reply. My emails have been returned as recipient unknown.
I have tried multi times (and ways) to contact this company - but they do not seem to exist. The telephone number also seems to be a fake.
I now have this item in dispute with my credit card company and they will investigate a bit further.
So........Buyer Beware!! Micromagic.us seems to be a Major Ripoff!!

DO NOT purchase from these people. I purchased two sticks of 256 megs of PC133 and never reicved them. I sent emails and they acted like it shipped. They said they would ship another one order to me and I never got it! They billed me and I asked them to refund me or ship me the memory. I also never recieved a tracking #. I called up my credit card company and declined the charged. So I guess they will have to deal with them now! Also thier site went down and never came back up in the middle of all this happening. They even stopped replying to my emails. Who does buisness like this? This was for a customers machine which I had to end up buying memory locally at a much higher price. Be warned.

The information on their website was somewhat inaccurate. I ordered low density all compatible 32x8 PC3200, and recieved high density PC2700. However, the guy put his cell phone number on the invoice, so I called him and got things straightened out. He told me that the site was a misprint, and offered to either refund my money or swap me for PC3200 high density RAM. I chose the latter option (it was still a good deal), and he shipped it out immediately without waiting for me to ship the other memory back first. The other memory worked great, and in fact scored phenomenally high when compared with other PC3200 on Everest benchmarks. It is compatible with most VIA chipsets (make sure the board supports more than 512 MB in a slot, though!), most SiS chipsets (same thing), and all NForce3 and NForce4 chipsets (personal experience from an NVidia MOBO lover here). It also handles dual channel great, and is currently running in a fine gaming system I sold recently, in dual channel and overclocked to 480 MHZ, at a 2.5 CAS latency. Officially, it only supports a 3.0 CAS latency, but the board picked it up at 2.5, so that's what I left it with. Otherwise, I wouldn't have known it supported that. It ran on those settings with in one case the highest Everest performance, even over dual-channel DDR2 667 MHZ (on that benchmark it was the absolute top performer, although granted it was overclocked slightly at the time) without any modification of core voltages or any of the other things that usually scare people when it comes to overclocking. One note, though. They don't say anything about overclocking in their ad, so don't come back on them if it doesn't work for you as well as it did for me. I'm an IT professional, and I got a super high quality board (6150 GeForce chipset from Foxconn, which in my opinion are the highest quality boards), and a retail box Athlon 3200+ 64-bit Socket 939 CPU. Basically, they're cheap, and the service is good, if you know what you're looking for. And, if you need low density RAM, make sure to call them to make sure that's really what your'e getting.

Purchased 1gb Micron memory. Ordered this on 3/11 on 3/16 they emailed me and stated my credit card was declined. So i pull up my credit card statement which shows me everyday new purchases. Low and behold there was the charge for the Micron Memory. So after about 50 emails since the phone # always goes to a fax machine. Leo emails me and said sorry there was an error we will send out today. Fine i waited about a week later i got it. Of course not what i ordered it was 512mb and off brand thought i would give it a chance since that was still a good deal. But it wouldn't work so i tried another motherboard and it still didn't work. So i went to a local computer store and paid them $30 to test it. And of course it was DOA. I have emailed and called the number and get no response and now there website is no longer there.

Not sure if that's the order number or not, it's what is listed on my CC. Also says MCC=5734 and yhst - 69340240356163-4740

This person has never responded to email. The phone number listed is a fax it seems 626-401-9974, the one that seems to have been voice has been disconnected 626-401-3922

I urge everyone to not buy anything from this store, and to contact your better business bureau. Also report him to your credit card company and bank as fraud.
