Part arrived in a timely manner, but I had a difficult time tracking it. Every time I went to the website and entered my order number, it said that tracking information was not yet available.
It showed up OK but I would like quickly accessible tracking info on the shipment
Very good overall. The price was right and the shipping was fast. The customer service and tracking system on the site could be a little faster. It would be nice to know right away if an item is in stock and when it will ship. My items were almost already to me by the time I got a tracking number.
Great service. I have found some parts for my mustang that I thought I could never find again. Great site. I will be shopping withl this company many more times. I have 2 mustangs a '79 and an '84 that I am going to restore. Keep up the great work.
Response to order and shipping were fast. Selection of parts was excellent - only place on the net I could find some of the parts I needed. Prices were very reasonable. Some new parts are cheaper than what I could get them for at junk yards.
There was an issue obtaining one of the parts (due to GM) and it was handled promptly and professionally.
I will definitely be returning to this site and recommending them to my friends.
I was very happy with the over-the -phone service that I received from Gabriel...and he was able to get my order in at the time of my ordering from OEHQ.

The web site had glitch and sent the wrong part, but after contacting OE, they took care of the problem and promptly sent the correct part, (it looks like the correct part, won't have the car here to replace it till this weekend. Thank You
I received the product promptly but when I was putting the windshield wiper blade (rear) on my Jeep, I noticed it was the wrong size. The rear blade for an 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited is 14 inches and this was 20 inches. The company promptly contacted me and fixed error. Great service! A++++

Excellent company to deal with. My Ford dealer told me the part I wanted was no longer available.
