I have not received all of the items that were ordered. I only received 2 out of 5 items. Contacted oehq via email to enquire about the remainder of the order and have not received a response. So far the service has been extremely poor. Service from Rock Auto is much better and the prices are lower. If the problem is not resolved to my satisfaction I will not order from oehq again.

We are very sorry that we were unable to fill your order completely. The 3 items missing were all of the same number and when we went to pick the item, unfortunately, we found our computer count to be incorrect and not match our physical bin count.  
 
This item is a special purchase part and has a 6-8 week lead time so the error we will cause us to be out of stock for some time.

Ordered an ACDelco replacement clutch kit, the kit contained Valeo parts. Seeing as how my transmission is already off my car I had to bite the bullet and deal, but I will NOT order from OEHQ again.

ACDelco uses components built by many manufactures throughout the globe. All ACDelco components are built for ACDelco and to ACDelco specifications and ACDelco provides a full warranty on these components for a minimum of one year. Valeo is a tear one supplier for ACDelco and is original equipment on many vehicles.

I ordered a rear windshield wiper blade ago from oehq.com and never received it after 3 weeks. Their site still said no tracking information was available, and I emailed then twice to check on the status and GOT NO RESPONSE. I was never told the part was on back order. My credit card was charged after I placed the order and I only got a refund AFTER disputing the charge with my credit card. When this review was posted they told resellerratings that I never placed an order with them, and I had to show the charge on my credit card bill to resellerratings to keep this up. These people are CROOKS and LIARS, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

I ordered a rear windshield wiper blade part#ACD8-318. I got the right part number but the blade was for the FRONT windshield. My email receipt even said it was for the rear window. You labeled this part for the rear window wiper blade. I already ordered the part from somewhere else and will keep the wiper blade that you sent me for a spare. also, the shipping cost is almost as much as the item. I do NOT think that I will order anything from you in the near future. Thanks anyways.

We are very sorry you received the incorrect wiper blade for your vehicle. Wiper blades are defined by vehicle application and by the size of the blade.  
 
There are numerous times when the same size blade could be specified for a front or a rear window on the same vehicle.  
 
since you ordered your wiper blade by it's part number we where unable to extract the vehicle you were ordering for.  
 
Shipping is always an issue on inexpensive parts. the cost of shipping for a one pound package is the same whether the parts sells for Ten dollars or for One hundred dollars.  
 
We do our best to keep shipping cost to a minimum but unfortunately, on a $8.00 part there is not enough profit to warrant free shipping and thus it is possible for shipping cost to exceed the selling price of the part.

This part would not fit my car, even though the website said it was for my make and model. I paid $6 for shipping, which is not refundable. It would cost more to ship it back. It was a small part, so sending it back for a refund would cost me almost as much in shipping as it did to buy the part in the first place. I am extremely dissatisfied.

Customer ordered a radio knob for his car. The web site indicates there were 3 radio choices for the vehicle and as a result there were 3 knob choices. Unfortunately the profit margin on a inexpensive part like a radio knob does not support us refunding shipping or paying for return shipping when the wrong knob was selected.

I received the wrong part because your website listed it as a rear brake adjuster and it was actually the rear parking brake adjuster. I paid for over night shipping and was told I would not get my shipping cost back even though the web site listing was the problem. I still have not received my refund for the part and part was returned last wednesday. I would be very hesitant to recommend your site because the customer service just isn't there.  
PS I think I am entitled to my shipping expenses back since it was not my error.

Although I'm happy wth the product itself, as well the price.... I am however very agrivated that it is not clear to the user on the website that necessary gaskets are sold seprately. The mfg info page that pops up gives the false impression that it is included with the part. In my opinion it would be better to include the gaskets with the order and adjust the price accordingly, or at least have a prompt of some kind asking if you would like to include the gaskets in the order.

I received the part I ordered from you yesterday, much quicker than anticipated. My initial delight was quickly removed as the part arrived via UPS rather than USPS as stipulated on your website and order confirmation.  
 
The net result is that UPS charges an exhorbitant fee for customs clearance to Canada as well as local taxes.  
 
 
My complaint is with the change in shipping mode which resulted in my having to pay COD a brokerage fee of 31.03 (including tax) as well as local taxes for a total of $39.11 CAD, all of which would have been included in the $20 shipping I was charged by your company if the package had shipped via USPS as indicated.

I feel this order could have been much better. The good of it was that the picture on the website was good and showed the parts well, and I received the correct parts based off of that. However, I was unhappy that they did not ship until the third day after the order (I ordered on Tuesday evening, and the parts did not ship until Friday). Also, there was no packing at all in the box when it arrived. Thankfully it was all metal parts that wouldn't be damaged, but I found it odd to receive my small box of parts rattling loose in a larger, clearly recycled (still had the address of the previous recipient in marker on it), box with no packing at all.  
This experience will definitely color my decision to order from here again.

I have placed two orders with oehq. The first, I had the GM part number for a door handle and when that came it was right and no problem installing. The other part of that order was door hinge pin bushings that were way too big to fit, so I couldn't use them.  
On my second order I typed in the vehicle info and found the part I was looking for, clicked on the link to order and unknowingly got sent to the wrong part #. When the part arrived I found put it was wrong and now it's going to cost me the re-stocking fee + return shipping. In an effort to find out if the blame was on me I returned to the web site and followed the link again and found even though I clicked on the right part, when you get to your cart the part number is different. So my advice is if you have a factory part number you're probably ok but if you don't, go elsewhere.

Pro: Order arrived as described on the oehq.com website.  
Con: Received a ups shipment notification saying that my package had been delivered and left at the front door. I looked around the front door and mailbox but no package had been received. I emailed oehq.com but did not receive a response (ever). I tried calling their number but was directed to leave a message. The package arrived the day after.  
 
Summary: the item arrived quickly and the price was pretty good. Because I received the item I was pleased; however, if the item had been lost I'm not sure how oehq.com would have responded since they never got back to me (ever). So I have to base my overall opinion on the fact that I received the shipment in good condition and in a quick manner. Good transaction!

on 5/29/2009 at 4:38 AM and shows out for delivery  
but I have not received it. Tracking Number

can iniate an investigation. Please help.

The order placement, shipping/receiving, and tracking went ok. I had issues with the part. It was a Ford waterpump and the gasket that was mounted to the unit under the sealing plate prior to shipment was not installed properly. The water pump leaked and I had to purchase a new sealing plate gasket in order for the pump to seal. The job had to be done twice meaning I had to replace the pump to timing cover gasket a second time as well.
