Ordered an ACDelco replacement clutch kit, the kit contained Valeo parts. Seeing as how my transmission is already off my car I had to bite the bullet and deal, but I will NOT order from OEHQ again.

I am very sorry that you were dissatisfied with your ACDelco clutch kit.
ACDelco uses components built by many manufactures throughout the globe. All ACDelco components are built for ACDelco and to ACDelco specifications and ACDelco provides a full warranty on these components for a minimum of one year. Valeo is a tear one supplier for ACDelco and is original equipment on many vehicles.

I ordered a rear windshield wiper blade ago from oehq.com and never received it after 3 weeks. Their site still said no tracking information was available, and I emailed then twice to check on the status and GOT NO RESPONSE. I was never told the part was on back order. My credit card was charged after I placed the order and I only got a refund AFTER disputing the charge with my credit card. When this review was posted they told resellerratings that I never placed an order with them, and I had to show the charge on my credit card bill to resellerratings to keep this up. These people are CROOKS and LIARS, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! This review was modified by its author, jessegorilla, on

I ordered a rear windshield wiper blade part#ACD8-318. I got the right part number but the blade was for the FRONT windshield. My email receipt even said it was for the rear window. You labeled this part for the rear window wiper blade. I already ordered the part from somewhere else and will keep the wiper blade that you sent me for a spare. also, the shipping cost is almost as much as the item. I do NOT think that I will order anything from you in the near future. Thanks anyways.

We are very sorry you received the incorrect wiper blade for your vehicle. Wiper blades are defined by vehicle application and by the size of the blade.
There are numerous times when the same size blade could be specified for a front or a rear window on the same vehicle.
since you ordered your wiper blade by it's part number we where unable to extract the vehicle you were ordering for.
Shipping is always an issue on inexpensive parts. the cost of shipping for a one pound package is the same whether the parts sells for Ten dollars or for One hundred dollars.
We do our best to keep shipping cost to a minimum but unfortunately, on a $8.00 part there is not enough profit to warrant free shipping and thus it is possible for shipping cost to exceed the selling price of the part.

This part would not fit my car, even though the website said it was for my make and model. I paid $6 for shipping, which is not refundable. It would cost more to ship it back. It was a small part, so sending it back for a refund would cost me almost as much in shipping as it did to buy the part in the first place. I am extremely dissatisfied.

Customer ordered a radio knob for his car. The web site indicates there were 3 radio choices for the vehicle and as a result there were 3 knob choices. Unfortunately the profit margin on a inexpensive part like a radio knob does not support us refunding shipping or paying for return shipping when the wrong knob was selected. |

I received the wrong part because your website listed it as a rear brake adjuster and it was actually the rear parking brake adjuster. I paid for over night shipping and was told I would not get my shipping cost back even though the web site listing was the problem. I still have not received my refund for the part and part was returned last wednesday. I would be very hesitant to recommend your site because the customer service just isn't there.
PS I think I am entitled to my shipping expenses back since it was not my error.

I feel this order could have been much better. The good of it was that the picture on the website was good and showed the parts well, and I received the correct parts based off of that. However, I was unhappy that they did not ship until the third day after the order (I ordered on Tuesday evening, and the parts did not ship until Friday). Also, there was no packing at all in the box when it arrived. Thankfully it was all metal parts that wouldn't be damaged, but I found it odd to receive my small box of parts rattling loose in a larger, clearly recycled (still had the address of the previous recipient in marker on it), box with no packing at all.
This experience will definitely color my decision to order from here again.

I have placed two orders with oehq. The first, I had the GM part number for a door handle and when that came it was right and no problem installing. The other part of that order was door hinge pin bushings that were way too big to fit, so I couldn't use them.
On my second order I typed in the vehicle info and found the part I was looking for, clicked on the link to order and unknowingly got sent to the wrong part #. When the part arrived I found put it was wrong and now it's going to cost me the re-stocking fee + return shipping. In an effort to find out if the blame was on me I returned to the web site and followed the link again and found even though I clicked on the right part, when you get to your cart the part number is different. So my advice is if you have a factory part number you're probably ok but if you don't, go elsewhere.

Not happy. Order arrived at Fort Worth Ups Depot
on 5/29/2009 at 4:38 AM and shows out for delivery
but I have not received it. Tracking Number
1Z4865860343570232. UPS said only the sender
can iniate an investigation. Please help.

I was thrilled to find a part for my car at O.E Parts but my happiness was short lived. The representative was kind and honest when he told me that I wouldn't be able to get the part because of a nationwide backorder. Additionally my order would be cancelled and my funds would be transferred back into my account. Although my experience with O.E. Parts did not result in a successful sale I will do business with them in future.

Part arrived in a timely manner, but I had a difficult time tracking it. Every time I went to the website and entered my order number, it said that tracking information was not yet available.
It showed up OK but I would like quickly accessible tracking info on the shipment

Very good overall. The price was right and the shipping was fast. The customer service and tracking system on the site could be a little faster. It would be nice to know right away if an item is in stock and when it will ship. My items were almost already to me by the time I got a tracking number.

The web site had glitch and sent the wrong part, but after contacting OE, they took care of the problem and promptly sent the correct part, (it looks like the correct part, won't have the car here to replace it till this weekend. Thank You

I ordered a door handle for my 1994 Civic. I got in pretty quickly, but it was the wrong color. I ordered the grey one, to match my interior. But the door handle I got was black, it looks kind of funny installed (with all the other plastic being gray.)
