First time purchase from OEHQ, found there great price through web search, called them to see if item was in stock, customer service was personable and informative, was told it appeared it would have to be ordered from manufacturer,but could be in different warehouse, I ordered on 11/11 at 9 am Cent., Item came on 11/12 AT 2.30 pm, WOW ,thats fast. next time I need GM parts ,I will look here first! Initially found AC Control module at AC DELCO page for $170 AND $10 shipping ($180 TOTAL). Searched a little more and found OEHQ and a coupon code for free shipping bringing my total to $138. Was shipped from New York and actually received it next day by UPS Ground. Thanks for saving me some money.

What a great place to do business with , they sent my OEM part quickly for much less than my regular supplier would have charged. I will be shopping with them again.

I was thrilled to find a part for my car at O.E Parts but my happiness was short lived. The representative was kind and honest when he told me that I wouldn't be able to get the part because of a nationwide backorder. Additionally my order would be cancelled and my funds would be transferred back into my account. Although my experience with O.E. Parts did not result in a successful sale I will do business with them in future.
