Excellent customer service. Prompt deliver (and they even called to let me know the items were being shipped!) The staff is very courteous and helpful. We would highly recommend this seller to anyone shopping for electronics.

The folks at ProView Digital were very good to work with, they even saved me money on shipping when they noticed that I had ordered expedited shipping and would receive the item with regular shipping in the same amount of time. I will check their site first the next time I need something they might sell.

This is a very high rate reseller. I received prompt and personalized service for a excellent product at an excellent price. I called beforehand to get information on the products and the associate I spoke to, Sam, was very helpful, and then after I ordered I received a call in a short time telling me my order had shipped and to notify me of a backorder that ended up saving me a lot of money and hassle due to a personal mistake. All product was shipped immediately and arrived on time. All around high marks for my experience with this company.

I dealt with Sam at ProView Digital. They had the best price and the delivery was fast and problem-free. I spoke to Sam several times. He was always helpful, friendly and very accommodating. I would definitely purchase from ProView Digital again.

I am very wary of buying online, but this company really improved my confidence in online purchasing. I recently bought a Panasonic PT-AE1000U and the only thing better than their cost was their customer service and speedy delivery. I will make my next projector purchase here without a doubt.

I am very pleased with the purchase and the manner in which it was handled. Shipment was prompt and arrived as promised. Tracking information was provided. There was no pressure to buy accessories I did not need or want. The camera was a US version, not a grey market version as some of the other companies were offering. The packaging was factory sealed and had not been opened like some postings indicate about shipments from other companies. The shipping charges were reasonable and about half of what other companies charge. My email questions were promptly answered. While some other companies had a lower list price, their price was not "real" in that they would only ship the camera if you ordered over-priced accessories. If you did not order the accessories, your order was placed on indefinite backorder. And, as mentioned, those companies were selling grey market cameras that did not have a US warranty. I will definitely buy from Proview Digital again.

What a great experience! I purchased a Panasonic DVX 100B from Proview Digital in Septmeber 2006. Proview may have the best communciation and customer service on the Web. I sent Stuart no fewer than 12 emails with questions over a period of several weeks. He responded very quickly and when I was finally ready to plunk down $3000+, they packed and shipped the same day! Triple boxed for protection and the camera qualified for a $350 rebate from panasonic. No grey market stuff here. Thanks Proview! Will certainly be back.
