These folks were closed for ten days, from April 18 to April 28. I placed by order on April 28. And do you know when I got my new projector? On April 30. Shipping was free, too. I can't say enough about ProViewDigital's customer service, not to mention their lowest prices. They are the best at what they do.

Rapid delivery, great prices, excellent communication, pleasant people. I'd shop here again in a heartbeat! I ordered a home theater projector - proview digital had the lowest prices and got the item out the next day. No hidden costs, no shipping, no tax. Extraordinary!

Good quick purchase... no hassle. Everything was just as advertized. I love the way they worked on this order.

Quick answering of phone inquiry. Website easy to navigate and order from. Price for product is great. I would order from them again. Update: The Sanyo PLV-Z5 is wonderful. Thank you ProViewDigital!

Easy to use website. Called up by phone and spoke to someone immediately; very friendly and helpful.

I highly recommend Proview Digital. Before I ordered, I searched the internet, and found rave reviews. My experience absolutely lived up to them. My camera came extremely quickly, and when I needed help with a rebate, they were happy to assist, and quick about it too. I also spoke with Elina, who was recommended on this site, and she's wonderful.

I am very impressed with the customer service of this company. My original selection was not available, and Elena from customer service called the manufacturer first to see if there was any available for me, and then called me the very next morning after placing the order online the night before to explain the problem. She then proceeded to help me pick out a different product.The product (refurbished)was a great deal,was in perfect condition(works fabulous)and made sure it was shipped quickly.

I was very impressed with the on line service, ProView had the best price for the JVC SR-DVM700US and shipped it out very quickly & low shipping charge. there is another web site that claims they have the lowest price on the web, but it's a scam, they call you the next day & say the import version(not in english & limited warranty) is the lower price & out of stock but they have the US one with full warranty in stock for more $$ & shipping is much higher, Sam & Elina I will definitely order from you again!

I got SANYO PLV-Z5 from them for an absolutely cheapest price I could find in Internet. In addition to the price the service was just wonderful - they spent more than an hour to help me to choose the projector and their advices were really helpful (even though I spent around 2 nights before reading through reviews any way)! It was delivered on time as well.

Excellent price and good service. I ordered a Sanyo PLV-Z5 projector. It shipped quickly, and ProViewDigital was responsive when I emailed them with questions about the mail-in rebate. (I received the rebate from Sanyo only about a month after submitting it!)

Rare to find the best customer service and the best price at the same online retailer. ProView Digital hit's it out of the park. They patiently worked with me through some payment troubles. Shipped fast and the 1080p refurb projector was flawless. They get my highest recomendation.

I purchased a 'open box' panasonic 5000u projector from these guys. It is a huge purchase for me. Retails for $12k open box was for $3.6k. I had my doubts... Elina, the sales lady, was kinda fantastic. It is impossible to see these projectors in action before buying one (I tried everywhere in LA). She assurded me that it was the right projector for my installation. I LOVE IT!!! She was right on the money. It is nothing less than fantastic. It kicks butt on my old sony projector. They had cheap insurance for 3 years on projector and 2 years on lamp. I got them also. When I fired up the projector I was stunned to see it had only 4 hours total use time on it. Now that is a fantastic deal with great support at the company.
