I paid for the projector $2150 on 10/1/09 for a AE3000U. Proview was closed for more than a week after that due to the holiday so my hands were tied I would not communicate with them regarding this issue until after the fact. I am concerned with the fact that I paid $2150 for the AE3000U and less than 3 business days later, the price was reduced by one of Proview's competitors to $1699. As you can imagine, paying $451 more for a projector than I should have seemed extremely unfair. Because Proview was closed for Holiday, there was nothing I could do but wait for them to return. I contacted the company the day they returned from their Holiday. They said they would look into the issue and try to figure something out, but it has been more than a week and nothing has been done about this. They kept telling me that they are waiting for Panasonic rep to get back from vacation, etc. I am now more than 14 days past my purchase date and feel extremely cheated by Proview. I hope that they will resolve this in a fair manner soon because I believe I should have purchased from a different dealer.  
 
UPDATE - 11/2/09 I do not recommend purchasing from the dealer, ever. This situation still has not been resolved. I should not have trusted this company. STAY AWAY! THERE ARE BETTER DEALERS THAT WOULD HAVE RECTIFIED THIS SITUATION ALREADY!

I was very pleased with my experience with ProViewDigital. Customer service was very responsive when I inquired about when it would ship. The product arrived a day earlier than expected (I selected free shipping), and was exactly as described: new, complete. I would shop here again without hesitation.

I got my projector in just 2 days by fedEx Quantam, and very strong packaging ... and good deal ... and nice support too.  
I strongly recommend this seller.

Purchased a Mitsubishi HC5500 just a few days before the NFL opener. They promised me it would arrive by gameday..AND IT DID! I was worried at first but they came through 100%. Product came in perfect condition and has an amazing picture.

So far so good. Awesome price. My overall opinion will be largely based on how quickly they fulfill the order.

One of the best resellers to deal with. I bought a Panasonic Projector and it arrived faster than anyone else has shipped any product I've purchased. It shipped the same day and I ordered it a day before July 4th. It arrived in 2 days through regular non-expedited shipping. It was shipped from NYC and came to Boston.  
The second reason I'd like to deal with them again is this. I called them about 2 weeks after my purchase with a question and the person who answered it was most helpful and patient. I didn't reach an automated IVR (like please hold for 3 hours kind of rediculous support), nor did I have to endure with someone who had no idea what they were talking about.  
I like Proviewdigital and if I plan to buy something else, I'll visit their store again.
