I ordered a cordless phone to expand my current system. They shipped completely different model number that didn't work with my base. After informing them of the situation, they informed me that I would have to pay to ship the phone back so they could replace it with the correct model. They refused to schedule a pickup of the product and pay the shipping themselves.

This merchant should be avoided. They are a rip-off and rude.  
 
They mis-advertise an item. Wrong picture etc. When it arrives you send it back as it is not what was shown nor what you want. A week after they get it back they try and deny getting it till they find it was shipped back via UPS and you know who signed for it. Then they state they will call you back in 10 minutes after they go track it down in the warehouse. No call but a credit shows up to your Credit Card, problem now is the credit is not for the amount you paid. You call and are told the credit is less the original shipping charge. Shipping was originally free, not to mention the amount they took off is four times what the original charges were based on published rates from that carrier. Not to mention item was only returned because it was not the item advertised. When you are given to someone who is suppose to be a manger she is rude, says too bad and then hangs up on you.  
 
Bottom line this merchant is just another NY bait and switch outfit.  

ordered over $400 worth of Vtech cordless 5.8ghz phones and expandable handsets. They arrived in a Panasonic box (talk about poor!) and they looked like they had been returned already. So I packed them up in the same crappy box and shipped at my expense and when the credit came on my card like a week later, they debited $66 as shipping and handling charges. I was like, WTF!, and when I called customer service, they realized they didnt refund my tax and I was still left in the hole $33, even though they don't charge for shipping, they deduct it on returns, in addition to some arbitrary 'processing fee'. I calculated the cost of a 10 pound shipment from Austin, TX to New York, NY and UPS ground (the same method they used) would cost me only $10.10, so where I ask you does the other $23 bucks go? In some sleazy businessman's pocket, thats where...

The best example of a great reseller. Great price and great service. From order date to delivery: 3 days using ground delivery.

I was looking to buy a VTech phone system, and on-line research indicated 101phones.com had the best price. Several stores were very close in price and provided free shipping. Amazon.com's price was only a few dollars more. But sometimes purchases from Amazon take a long time to arrive at my doorstep, so I decided to give 101phones.com a try. Their website promises to get the phone to you in 3-5 business days. The phone system arrived the next day. I was and am extremely satisfied with their service.

This is my second time ordering from 101phones. Prices are competitive, yet they also manage to offer free ground shipping which is great. Got my order within a few days, and most importantly it was everything that i had ordered. Definately will buy again.

Placed order for a Siemens Gigaset 8825 on 1/15, and instantly received an email confirmation from the company. Received a shipping confirmation the next day, and it arrived at my doorstep the next day. The price was great, one of the lowest I could find, and the transaction was smooth. And free shipping to boot! I'd shop with them again.

After seeing they were in NY i got nervous. the phones arrived in 24 hours. needless to say i was shocked and very pleased. all Ecom should be this good.
