This is my third order from this company and I am definitely one satisfied customer. I came across them on the internet purely by accident while searching for a certain type of product I wasn't sure would be available - at least at a reasonable cost. TapeOnline not only carried the product, but had it at a very low cost. Since that order, I have begun ordering several other items I used to purchase locally. Their service is first-rate, prices are excellent, products are top-quality, and their website is simple and intuitive. What's not to like about this company?. My hat is off to all who run this business.

Tapeonline.com is a great site. I always find what I need at a better price than anywhere else I shop. Delivery is fast and they always get the order right.

I bought ten mini dv tapes. There isn't much I can say about tapes, besides they work great in my canon gl-2

I absolutely love tapeonline.com because they have a great selection, an easy to use storefront, and you have amazing delivery speeds. I have now ordered twice, and both times I have had the order the next day.  
 
This order was slightly wrong, though. I checked my confirmation email, and I did order white injet printable DVD-R discs. As I was opening the package and putting a disc in my computer, it dawned on me that they were silver injet printable discs. I have to have these discs copied by tomorrow night, so it's too late to return them (and I already opened them), but I wanted to just fill out this survey to let you guys know that there was a slight mistake with my order. Hopefully this is just a fluke and it doesn't normally happen. When I need blank media, I will still use you guys, because you are great at what you do, but please be careful to get the orders exactly correct.  
 
**EDIT** about 30 minutes after I wrote this review on ResellerRatings, Lauren from TapeOnline.com called my phone and said they had already shipped out the correct order, and it would show up the next day (a Saturday) before noon. This company is fantastic all around! If you need any kind of media (or any product they sell) I highly recommend them, and I will shop here again.

First let me thank Tape On Line for the vast  
variety of products both catering for the home user and for the professional.I am in the television broadcast industry and quality is the  
number one priority when it comes to media material to record like tapes dvds cds etc.  
I personally will be searching the Tape on Line pages for more of their products as my first delivery arrive very fast to me across the globe and intact.Prices for their quality products are very reasonable and Iam extrmely satisfied.My special thanks goes to Rosa Cervantes , Jamie Waters and ofcourse all their customer on line staff That I FOUND HOW VERY WARM , PROMPT AND COURTEOUS in responding to the customer needs.

Fast service! I used their free shipping option and I got my order delivered in just two days. I don't know if this is always the case (this is my first time ordering from them) but I'm a happy first time customer.

As a video production company owner/operator for 15 years, I have dealt with a large number of tape/media suppliers. I usually shop by price, but service matters too. I received BOTH from TapeOnline and more. I easily found the product on their site and the specific amount I needed, the prices were very good, and processing was easy. I received excellent follow-up communication, and the items arrived quickly by FedEx, nicely packaged with no damage. It was a pleasant suprise to find a package of candy inside the box too. Compared to many of the other online media companies I have dealt with in the past, and some of the service nightmares, TapeOnline is head and shoulders above the rest! True quality customer service!

After a few bad experiences with online merchants it sure is refreshing to have an awesome experience! These guys were great and painless. Shipped the same day and I had it two days later with just ground shipping. Will certainly order from them again.
