This is my third order with TapeOnline.com they are fast and reliable. On my last order they were short on stock and called to discuss my options, which I appreciate. Prices are fair as well, and they seem to have everything I need.
My order was handled and shipped in a timely fashion, but was misdelivered. When contacting the tracking #, It was reported that it was delivered on 8/9/2007, but not to my address. Please advise!

I'm a first time customer of tapeonline.com and am very pleased with my experience. I was astounded at how quickly and how well my order was packaged and mailed. I was also very pleased with the provided tracking number and an update to let me know the package was delivered. The little box of enclosed Sugar Babies was the cherry on top.

Excellent online retailer. Shipped the tapes as agreed upon. Their pricing was also excellent and was one of the best among the reputable online retailers I cross-shopped. Will definitely source any future tape or storage disc requirements from them.
