My experience was as usual, no problems with the web-site or finding items that I need. The only thing that I don't like is the missing human element. I like people and like many if I need to talk about something in regards to the order, (example: which CD-R's and DVD-R's do not work with Sony record decks?) I have to put in a call to the sales rep who might be out on a run and/or unavailable at the time.
