I am almost jealous that my OWN system for follow-ups after the sale might not be as good.od!

My experience was as usual, no problems with the web-site or finding items that I need. The only thing that I don't like is the missing human element. I like people and like many if I need to talk about something in regards to the order, (example: which CD-R's and DVD-R's do not work with Sony record decks?) I have to put in a call to the sales rep who might be out on a run and/or unavailable at the time.

What a GREAT company. Had a small problem with an order and they went above and beyond to make it right. Service that you only dream of getting from others. It's the way all business should be conducted. I am now a loyal customer. I highly recommend giving them a try.

This is my third order with TapeOnline.com they are fast and reliable. On my last order they were short on stock and called to discuss my options, which I appreciate. Prices are fair as well, and they seem to have everything I need.

My order was handled and shipped in a timely fashion, but was misdelivered. When contacting the tracking #, It was reported that it was delivered on 8/9/2007, but not to my address. Please advise!

Hope to have to raise the trust out of our first order in order to continue our business relation.

I'm a first time customer of tapeonline.com and am very pleased with my experience. I was astounded at how quickly and how well my order was packaged and mailed. I was also very pleased with the provided tracking number and an update to let me know the package was delivered. The little box of enclosed Sugar Babies was the cherry on top.
