This was my very first purchase from tapeonline.com. I am very pleased with the entire transaction! The site was well constructed, the product line was great, the shipping was super fast, and the packaging was excellent! I think I've found my new media supply store online.
I'm not sure if they only do this for brand new customers, but included with my order was a nice Thank You note and a small box of Sugar Babies sealed in a ziplock bag. Wow, what a great surprise!

The web site was easy to navigate, the products were described clearly and accurately, the ordering was painless, and the product arrived on time in good condition. Furthermore, TapeOnLine sent tracking information, and updated same throughout the shipping process. It is a pleasure doing business with them, and I would recommend them with no reservations.

I've done business with TapeOnline for about 4 years, and every order has been fulfilled perfectly! They initially won my business based on price, and have kept it by consistently delivering value and awesome customer service. More than once I've received follow-up emails from the owner, checking to confirm that everything about my order was satisfactory. Given the volume that they must handle, that impresses me! Customer service -- WHAT A CONCEPT! More businesses should adopt it!

We were so pleased with our order - we placed it 11/6 at 2:45 and it arrived less than 24 hours later! The fast shipping coupled with the best prices we can find means we will order all our miniDV tapes from TapeOnline.
Customer service was there to help with tax exempt forms very quickly as well, something we appreciate as a nonprofit organization.

This was the most APPALLING online purchase experience I have ever had. First, my order shipped two days late, and they claimed it was because of an address verification (they called to verify and it took about 60 seconds tops-it should not have delayed my ship date) THEN When I finally receive my order on Oct 29, THREE DAYS AFTER the date it was supposed to arrive (admittedly a FEDEX error) the items are not what I ordered. I requested Taiyo Yuden Silver WATERPROOF. What is in the box might be Taiyo Yuden, but they are a SHINY silver, and they can't be printed on-I tried.
Tapeonline REFUSED to refund my shipping fees even though FedEx agreed to a refund for the errors.
I will never ever order from this company again, and you shouldn't either.

We are very sorry this shopper did not have a pleasant shopping experience, but we tried numerous times to accommodate her. First, she selected ground shipping. We cannot guarantee delivery dates on FedEx ground shipping. Secondly, we did want to verify her shipping address because her shipping address did not match her billing address. Therefore, in order to protect the shopper, we wanted to verify that she had in fact placed the order. Thirdly, the Taiyo Yuden WaterShield discs are a new item in our store. They aren't like traditional waterproof discs - but they are in fact, shiny and silver. We are positive she received the correct discs and we offered to send this customer another new spindle of the shiny silver WaterShield discs (free of charge) and she does not want them. BUT, because we want to make this right, we are sending her another spindle free of charge anyways. We have asked numerous times if there is anything we can do to make her happy. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do. But, TapeOnline did in fact try. It is important to us to make sure our customers are happy and pleased and we take customer service issues like this very seriously! We sincerely apologize to this customer and are sorry she didn't have a better experience with TapeOnline. |

IT's a pleasure doing business with this store. Very quick in completing their end of the transaction. I put in my order one minute & they where filling & shipping it the next. Will deffently do business again with this store. highly recommended.

This is my third order from this company and I am definitely one satisfied customer. I came across them on the internet purely by accident while searching for a certain type of product I wasn't sure would be available - at least at a reasonable cost. TapeOnline not only carried the product, but had it at a very low cost. Since that order, I have begun ordering several other items I used to purchase locally. Their service is first-rate, prices are excellent, products are top-quality, and their website is simple and intuitive. What's not to like about this company?. My hat is off to all who run this business.
