GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE
MAKES UP FOR ERRORS
Not perfect,
but TapeOnline is trying!
1st mix up after 1.5 years
of shopping.
I ordered 200 DVD cases recently;
good thing didn't need them right away.
NOT GOOD
-product out of stock
-received wrong product (200 CD cases instead)
-delay in sending correct product
-finally received correct product 40 days after ordering
GOOD
-called to say product out of stock
-verbal apology for sending wrong product
-verbal apology for delay in sending correct product
-got to keep wrong product
-hand written apology + $5 Starbucks gift card!
-called AGAIN to make sure correct product was received!
-got to talk to a friendly human to resolve issues
-they offer FedEx Ground shipping to Hawaii
(comes by air, space available, cheaper than 2nd Day)
Best service I've received in a long time.
Will order again from TapeOnline!
