GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE  
MAKES UP FOR ERRORS  
 
Not perfect,  
but TapeOnline is trying!  
1st mix up after 1.5 years  
of shopping.  
 
I ordered 200 DVD cases recently;  
good thing didn't need them right away.  
 
NOT GOOD  
-product out of stock  
-received wrong product (200 CD cases instead)  
-delay in sending correct product  
-finally received correct product 40 days after ordering  
 
GOOD  
-called to say product out of stock  
-verbal apology for sending wrong product  
-verbal apology for delay in sending correct product  
-got to keep wrong product  
-hand written apology + $5 Starbucks gift card!  
-called AGAIN to make sure correct product was received!  
 
-got to talk to a friendly human to resolve issues  
-they offer FedEx Ground shipping to Hawaii  
(comes by air, space available, cheaper than 2nd Day)  
 
Best service I've received in a long time.  
Will order again from TapeOnline!

Hmm, let's see. I login to the super-convenient(not to mention excellent design) website, duplicate a previous order w/ one click, modify here & there, & click purchase--done. Phone rings not even 5 minutes later to inform me that "my order requires shipment from two locations & it could take an extra day?"--no problem, thanks real human-being Tim! Said large order arrives over the next TWO days via FedEx even though I certainly didn't pay for 2-day shipping. Time & time again I am impressed w/ Tapeonline.com . Why can't all my vendors have a state-of-art website, over-delivering staff, & great products? THANKS AGAIN GUYS.

Unbelievably fast delivery. I paid for basic shipping and received the order in 1-2 days (I can't remember anymore which it was -- I just remember being surprised at how soon I got it. And the candy was a sweet touch.  
 
The price for the labels was excellent. I pay more for common Avery labels at an office store.  
 
Overall, very satisfied.

The most disappointing part of their website is that if an order is placed too late on Friday for them to process it- there is nothing on their site that flags your invoice or order to tell you that. No phone call to tell me the order didn't go out on time and their office is closed on weekends. I paid for rush delivery and got my order late. I had to purchase tapes from another vendor so I could make my video shoot on time.

I recently ordered some miniDV media that I needed asap. Before placing this order I called in to verify that the order would ship that same day. I chose to purchase from TapeOnline because you had a real phone number with a real person answering it. Many other online sources seem to have nothing but an email address for what they call "customer service".  
 
I spoke with Lauren V, who was very helpful and courteous. She answered all of my questions quickly and had access to all of the information I needed. She's a great example of what customer service should be like, especially in the online marketplace.  
 
I received the product today, and everything is just as expected. I won't even bother to shop around next time to see if anybody else is selling media for a few cents less.

I Ordered 500 Sony DVD's. Lauren checked her stock qty in Nashville, Dallas, and the followed up with the mfg. to assure i would receive the DVD's by my requested date. She always provides great service.

Ordered some MOD media for the MRI in the morning, they shipped it out that afternoon and received it the day after I ordered. Price was better than most of the rest I saw, and they actually had enough in stock that I wouldn't have to order a couple at a time and hope they don't go on backorder.

Item as described and packaged well. My only complaint is they use FedEx for ground. And their ground time is slow. My package sat in Nashville for almost three days! I wish they used UPS instead since through Nashville the package would have been recieved two days earlier. But would do business with again.

I am absolutely amazed by the professionalism and the friendliness of TapeOnline's customer service staff. About a year ago, they found that some of the cassette tapes I wanted were backordered, so they called me (when does that happen anymore?) and offered to ship me better-quality cassette tapes instead and apologized for the inconvenience. This latest order was shipped extremely quickly and fast, and came with a cute little box of candy with a note saying how much they appreciate my business. I'm absolutely thrilled with the service and the prices!

Fantastic! My order arrived very quickly - just a couple of days. I had to call their tech support to help format a printing template for the labels I ordered, and there was no waiting on hold. Immediately spoke to Cale who worked me through the fix. Excellent experience overall, and the labels are great. Will buy from them again.
