What a great company to do business with! I received several emails to tell me what was going on with my order, not just the usual "Thanks for ordering from us, your stuff will arrive in a few days." type email and felt as though I was in the loop the whole time. I also felt like I was a valued customer not just some other guy who had just parted with his hard earned cash and would never be heard from again.  
 
My camera arrived well packaged and well within the time frame that they gave me in their comprehensive correspondence. I was surprised at the speed of processing and delivery. Ordered on a Sunday night, received midday Friday!  
 
I can not praise this company highly enough! I will certainly look them up agin when I am in need of another camera or optics in the future. This has been the smoothest transaction I have ever made with an online company because I was kept informed all the way from start to finish!

My new Granit-M Lens 80-200 :) Customer service on the highest level. Very quick respond! I meant to receive package within 8 - 15 working days, I had it after 8 so didn't have to wait to long :D (Delivered to UK).

Perfect dealer, thought they were a retailer, expected shipment from Toronto (since I live in the area), what a suprise, a nice suprise, all the way from the manufacturer, item ordered is more than I could have wished for, this site and their merchandise I highly recommend, I'll be ordering more items in the future... products and prices are exceptional!
