This is the second purchase I have made from this vendor and it's been a pleasure both times. In stock, priced as advertised, ships quickly.

I was very concerned about ordering my new Sony LCD TV over the Internet because of many of the bad reviews I had read on some of the Internet dealers. When I happened onto the Plasma/HT Concepts website however, it appeared that this was a company I could trust.  
 
In making the purchase, I talked at various times with Aric, Dan and Keith. All were very professional, polite and helpful and at no time was there any pressure to buy insurance, accessories, upgraded shipping or other add-ons.  
 
Plasma/HT concepts shipped the TV via BAX Global and it arrived exactly one week after ordering. As promised, the unit was sealed in the factory packaging with not even a scratch on the cardboard carton. The TV is working perfectly and I am completely satisfied with my purchase.  
 
I will certainly consider Plasma/HT Concepts as first choice for my future electronics needs and will be referring my friends there as well.

I was pleased with the level of service and the quick shipment. The product came in good condition as well as the packaging. The use of BAX global as the shipper was weird as they only deliver from 11 - 1PM and require signature, so I had to pick it up at their facility. Their flexibility in pickup time was great, but it was a strange experience as they are not really setup for customer pickup.

I ordered a panasonic 50 plasma from Plasma concepts on Sept 14 late in the afternoon this was a Thursday they said it was to late to get it picked up that day. I was off work on the Monday following the 18th. I was out most of the day and when I got home there was an message on the answer machine from the delivery company and they delivered on Tuesday. 3 day delivery not counting the weekend was better than I expected and a lot better than some of the horror stories from some other online merchants. Their price was about 300 dollars higher than some of the cheapest other merchants most of which I would by from anyway. I was very pleased with my purchase. No high pressure to buy additional items. Was informed that an extended warranty could be purchased any time within 9 months.

Plasma Concepts provided an excellent buying experience. I had concerns about this major purchase online. However, Bob D. provided responsive customer service throughout the process to put my fears at ease. The plasma tv arrived earlier than expected, undamaged, and in perfect condition (zero stuck/dead pixels). I will not hesitate ordering from Plasma Concepts again.

Excellent service. When I purched my 50" Plasma, I was given one price. However, a few minutes later I was called by the company informing me the price was actually $200 cheaper than I ordered it and they promptly gave me a credit. The Plasma arrived in a box which looked a bit beaten up. The plasma had a dead pixel and Plasma Concepts sent out a new one 2-3 day shipping. This one was MUCH better packaged and strapped to a shipping pallet. There was a bit on confusion when calling Panasonic to verify the plasma was defective, but a couple pictures to PC and they took care of it.

This was my first plasma so I wanted to do it right. So I did a ton of research on the web and on the AVSForum and decided that I wanted an NEC 42XR4. Now came the hard part. Do I order it online or from a local store? There are plenty of pros and cons for both choices. Biggest one being return policies. If you choose to buy it in one of the big electronics chains they have pretty good return policies. Although at 42 inches it's a hassle. If you order it online some places can make you pay extra shipping costs and also have restocking fees. This is where Plasma Concepts came out on top! 30 day no hassle return as long as the tv has less than 50 hours on it! Beautiful!!! So I decided to take a chance and get it through Plasma Concepts based on that and on the glowing reviews from Resellerrating.com. I ordered it on 8/24/06 and it was delivered on 8/30/06 in perfect condition. Not a mark on the box! It was up on my wall on 8/30/06 and is an absolutly Gorgeous monitor!!! Even with the breakin setting! SD is even acceptable. An additional nice touch was when they called me before sending it out to make sure I was aware that this model didn't include speakers, tuner or a stand. So for anyone who is worried about ordering a plasma online can feel secure ordering from Plasma Concepts. They will definately be getting all my future business from now on!

I ordered my plasma from Keith at HT/Plasma Concepts. Order came quickly and with no issues at all. Price with delivery was the lowest I found. Would definately use them again.

I could not be more pleased with my recent purchase of a Panasonic 50" plasma TV from Plasma Concepts. This particular model, the TH-50PX600U, had only recently become available and many internet retailers were taking orders with no promised delivery date. When I contacted Plasma Concepts on July 27 I was told that they were expecting a shipment the next week and if I wanted one they would put me on a list. They did not require me to give a credit card number. The following Tuesday they called and asked if I still wanted the TV. The price remained the same as quoted on their internet site with no hidden charges. I ordered the TV and opted for the least expensive shipping, which was standard freight, about a week to ten days delivery. The TV was delivered two days later, on Thursday! I picked up my HD set-top-box on Saturday morning, my son and I connected everything, and a few hours later the picture blew us away!!! Bob, the Plasma Concepts owner, emailed me the following week to ask if everything was OK and I told him he could use me for a reference anytime. I expect to be sending a few friends to him in the near future; you cannot look at my TV and not want one.

The service was outstanding. I ordered a plasma TV early Tuesday morning and the TV was at my house in Miami on Thursday afternoon. And everything was in perfect order and worked perfectly. What a great company!

I decided to purchase my Panasonic TH50PX600 Plasma TV from Plasma Concepts, in part, because they are an AVS Forum Sponser. Plasma Concepts notified me as soon as the set was in stock and offered a very attractive price. I ordered the Plasma and it was picked up by the shipping company the same day. The set arrived in my home town 3 days later and the shipping company held it for 2 more days as I was out of town. The plasma is now mounted on my den wall and is performing flawlessly. I would not hesitate to purchase from Plasma Concepts again.

I chose the right place. I was scared to buy from an online company thay I had never heard of before. It was very simple. The articulate, well informed reps answered my questions well...much better than the $7/hour kids at the local electronics stores. I ordered my plasma TV on a Tuesday and was watching it on Friday afternoon...remember to schedule your cable guy if you need a box or HD Card. I would/will reccomend HT Concepts/Plasma Concepts to all of our friends. I also saved a LOT of $$$. Everything should be this easy. Get over the bricks and mortar stores for some things.  
 
I'd give them a 10 out of 10 if there were a scale.

Excellent overall transaction. These guys were first class from start to finish. After trading emails for several days, on product questions (which were always answered within hours, if not minutes), I decided on the NEC 50XR5 Plasma. I called in my order to Bob (president of the company, and always answered my calls and emails). Plasma Concepts had the best price for the panel, that I could find, and are an authorized dealer. They also offered a guarantee on this set, that if I didn't like it for any reason, I could return it within 30 days, no questions asked.  
 
Ordered July 19th, received email confirmation within minutes. Item shipped out the 20th, and I received tracking info from the freight company. Was able to watch the tracking to follow my TV, and it was delivered in perfect condition within a week of me placing the order.  
 
On a side note, I also ordered a wall mount, that was supposed to be drop shipped from the manufacturer. The tracking wasn't showing up for me, so I emailed Plasma Concepts with my concerns. Within 5 minutes, I had received an email and a phone call back, and an offer to overnight me a wall mount at their expense, just so I would have it before my TV arrived. Now that's customer service if I've ever seen it. Turns out, just the tracking was a problem, and I received my original wall mount on time. But the fact that Plasma Concepts immediately offered to overnight me one at their expense, even though the manufacturer was to blame, speaks volumes.  
 
2 days after delivery of my TV, I recieve a follow-up email, and phone call, ensuring my satisfaction was met, and inquiring if I had any technical or set-up questions on my TV.  
 
Plasma Concepts definitely has unbelievable customer service, and had the best price.  
 
They would absolutely be my first choice next time I need to order an item that they carry.

I purchased a Panasonic TH-50PX600U plasma TV from Plasma Concepts in July 2006. Their price and shipping charges were great (I saved almost $1000 over local retail). They had the model in-stock and promptly shipped it. It was received within a week and was in good working condition. They checked back to be sure I was satisfied with the purchase and requested feedback on my buying experience with them. Five stars for Plasma Concepts!
