Overall very pleased. I phoned in my order for a Pioneer 5080HD to Bob, although I could have done everything from the web site. Price was very competitive and buying experience was pleasant. I was quoted 3-5 business days for shipping (free) and it took 6 calender days. Unit arrived in good shape. Note: Company sometimes refers to themselves as HT Concepts, though the ordering process was seamless. Their web site provided tracking, although it seemed to lag a little bit and was slightly ambiguous. Would definitely recommend.

Plasmaconcepts quickly processed my order and sent regular updates, via email, through the delivery. Delivery was supposed to take 5-7 business days but the unit arrived in two business days (note: delivery date was Jan 2nd...that's pretty good considering entire processing took place during the Christmas-New Year holiday). To top it off, after extensive shopping around, Plasmaconcepts offered the best price (and free shipping) on this unit. I wouldn't hesitate to comment on any short comings but there were none. I was totally satisfied with the transaction and the Pioneer Kuro is everything I read (and hoped) it would be.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Placed my order on the 27th and asked if it was likely that my TV arrive on 12/31. Dan said it was unlikely, but he would try. To my pleasant surprise, I got a call from the shipping company that the TV can be delivered on the 29th! TV arrived in mint condition and the overall end to end service I received was superb. I will definitely make my next TV purchase with Plasma Concepts.

Everything went as advertised. My TV even arrived a day sooner than expected. Aric Koenig was my sales rep. and he kept me informed throughout the process. He even checked with me after I received the TV to make sure I was happy with it and I am very happy with my purchase and the service from Plasma Concepts.

I ordered a 5080hd from Plasma Concepts. I am very happy with my purchase. These guys are good. I had doubts ordering such a big purchase online like many others, but no more. My story is no different than all the other satisfied customers. They were friendly. Product was shipped extremely fast. It arrived in mint condition. I saved a bunch of money. Plasma Concepts is for real.

This was a very smooth transaction. The Pioneer HD5080 I ordered was shipped the next day. The set arrived in good shape and the delivery man went above and beyond the call of duty getting the set into the house. Aric Koenig followed up with an email to make sure all was well. Plasma Concepts is now on my short list of vendors I trust for big ticket items.

Item was in stock, as described, no pressure to buy extended warranties, accessories, etc., and shipped almost immediately. Delivery via freight company went without a hitch. A lot of people may warn you about buying from online retailers, especially when it comes to expensive merchandise such as television sets. Plasmaconcepts is definitely not one of those companies that you will have to worry about. I ordered a Pioneer Kuro 5010FD from this company and I gotta say that I haven't had a better experience with an online company. Their customer service was top notch, the package was delivered from a reputable company that handled the TV very well, and their prices are unbeatable! A lot of companies will try to sell you extra crap on top of your order, but there was no such hassle here. There was no "bait and switch" that other companies use to get you to buy a more expensive piece of equipment. I can't say enough good things about Plasmaconcepts. They even called a few days after the TV had been delivered to ask if everything was working ok. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone in the market for a new television.
