Excellent Service. Got my order on time and in good condition.

I ordered a Pioneer Kuro Plasma #5010 on June 6,2008 from Aric at Plasma Concepts. Delivery was supposed to take 3-5 days. The set came in 2 days!! The box and TV were in perfect condition on arrival. The owner & dispatcher for the local courier delivery service here in RI for Plasma Concepts were great to deal with.  
 
I am thrilled with this set and the way I was treated by everyone. Perfect... What a country!!

I recently purchased a Pioneer PDP-5010FD 50" 1080P Plasma TV. The ordering went very smooth and the shipping was faster than expected. I would definately recommend Plasma Concepts to anyone considering a New TV!

As far as I am concerned this is the only place to buy your equipment from. They are top notch and highly professional. Aric was awesome. There is a reason this retailer is recommended on AVS Forum. Now I see why. And my tv? I can't wait to get home to watch it and I didn't even get my cable upgraded to HD yet!

That was my first order with this store. I was not really sure whether I should purchase Pioneer KURO plasma over the Internet, but the price and service provided by Plasma Concepts were top notch. I really appreciated the service provided by a delivery person who helped me to unpack the plasma and to set it up. All in all, I am extremely happy with my purchase, and I will definitely purchase form Plasma Concepts again.

Great price, and my TV arrived in perfect condition. I had a problem with the local shipping company that was used. (First they wouldn't schedule any window shorter than 5 hours, then they didn't show up that day at all.) Aric from Plasma Concepts help deal with this problem and gave me a $50 credit for the hassle.

Ordering process with Plasma concepts was very easy follow up on the order was great. I would like to see the choice of the white glove service in the web ordering process, so a phone call would not be necessary. The sales staff handled their end very professional but when it came to the shipping end I feel the shipping company did not hold up to the same high standard.It took 11 calendar days to recieve my Plasma TV when it should have been 3-5 days The shippers would not explain to me what the hold up was and were telling me everything was OK product in route when tracking system told me it never left. Bob from Plasma Concepts helped by making a couple of calls to ATI to get my set moving and delivered. The good news to this is it did finally arrive on 2/19 undamaged and in good working order. Even with this shipping snafoo I would fully recommend Plasma Concepts to all and plan to use them again.

They were amazing in every way from customer service to delivery to follow up. I was wary of ordering such a high priced item off the internet and they were great I am so happy I did. A plasma tv especially such a large one was daunting they made it east and at a great price.

Plasma Concepts was an outstanding reseller to work with from beginning to end, answering my questions weeks in advance prior to the actual order. I was able to place the order over the phone in a matter of minutes. The TV arrived as expected and on time. I can attest that it is in great condition as I have already pushed it through the break-in DVD cycle.  
 
I would challenge anyone to identify a more capable reseller for high definition TVs in terms of price and customer service. Your local dealers cannot beat these guys.

I tried ordering the Pioneer PDP-6010FD from another retailer, who never came through. So then I tried Plasma Concepts. Customer service email was quick to answer a question I had. When I bought the TV, they processed the order really quickly, and it showed up in perfect condition. Their price was also super low. I can definitely recommend these guys.

Placed order for a Panasonic TH-58PZ700U at a great price on a Thursday. TV was delivered the following Wednesday. Couldn't be more pleased. Highly recommended.

I am very happy with this purchase. Everything was handled quickly. There were several follow-up emails to let me know the status and to track the shipping. The Pioneer PDP-5080HD was well packaged and arrived in excellent condition. After I received the unit, I received more emails to let me know what to do if I had any questions or trouble. Very smooth and easy transaction!

I shopped around for a Pioneer PDP-6010FD Plasma online and actually submitted an order though another company. The price listed was unbeatable but for good reason. After days of attempting to get information I was told that the plasma was actually not in stock as advervised but would be "soon", though they couldn't tell me how soon. I cancelled that order.  
 
Not wanting to get the runaround again, I did some company rating research and found Plasma Concepts. I called the company prior to ordering online and felt confident that the information given was honest and acurate. I immediatly placed my online order for the Pioneer Kuro 60" plasma I had been searching for.  
 
The price was very competivite and the communication was great. I received the Pioneer in Washington State nine calendar days after I submitted my order. It could have been delivered a couple days sooner but I had to set up a delivery appointment based on my schedule. The box arrived in perfect shape via Pilot Freight.  
 
Overall I couldn't ask for a better transaction. I would use this company again and wouldn't hesitate recommending them to my friends and family.
