Plasma Concepts gets an A+ for customer service. The hallmark of a truly good retailer is how they stand behind the product when something goes wrong. The Pioneer pdp-6020fd that I purchased was defective. It took just one call, a couple of E-mails, and a visit by a Pioneer service tech [just to make sure it was not something trivial] and Plasma concepts shipped another unit. Within a week of receiving the first unit, [and that was mostly transit time] I had a replacement set. Anybody can sell product, Plasma Concepts has demonstrated excellent post sales support. With excellent pricing, and great support, you can't go wrong with these guys.
