I recently bought a 50" panny from them, it went pretty fine but thier freight by BAX, they are not good, they just don't care about customers. I took off some days and went behind them to get it.  
 
Moreover their return policy is a crap, so think twice before buying from them. I got an initial problem with my TV, I contacted Panasonic and they told that this problem is not normal, so they have to do by warranty, So I informed PC about this but still, they want some panasonic people to come to my house to verify before a POSSIBLE exchange ..so please buy it from some store with good return policy at least for 30 days.

Responsive, communicative, used Best Buy for delivery/order fulfillment, so I didn't have to schedule a delivery, was able to simply pick it up at my local Best Buy. Unfortunately, there is a big negative. Unlike most internet and bricks and mortar stores, this company does no internal price matching. The price on the product ordered went down by $100 not 2 weeks after purchase, but I was told that nothing would be done to refund the amount. Huge disappointment that pretty much ruined my experience. Don't purchase from them if you have any concern about future price drops.

I have buying stuff from the internet for a long time. I work in IT and I have felt comfortable in buying things. However I have never purchased an expensive item such as a 50 inch Plasma TV from the web. I was looking for Pioneer 5020. This TV was super expensive in big box stores. I got a great deal from Plasma Concepts for Pioneer 5020 and BluRay Pioneer BDP51 a price significantly lower than most local stores and even online stores. Order was placed on 1/8 afternoon. I got a confirmation email the next day 1/9 which was Friday. I also received the tracking information. My TV and BluRay Player were delivered to my home in MN on Tuesday 1/13. Both of them were in perfect condition. The seller was very prompt in answering my questions. They shipped the goods immidiately and everything worked out great. I am already ordering tha Plasma TV mount from them. I am very satisfied by the price and service of PlasmaConcepts.com. I will recommend them to my friends and consider them for my future purchases.

I found plasmaconcepts through avsforum.com. After verifying they were an authorized Pioneer dealer I talked to Bob and ordered online a day later.  
 
Everything went smooth and the KRP-600M arrived in perfect condition.

Couldn't have been happier. Aric did a great job from start to finish. I've already recommended them to others.

Purchased one of the last Pioneer KRP-600m monitors from the merchant, aka HT Concepts. They did not have them in stock initially (no one did) but the website gave me an option to have them e-mail me when it was back in stock, and it happened. They have access to more in the warehouse (confirmed by phone) than the website lists, but that may be to spur sales. They answer their phone and discuss their product. They were the only authorized Pioneer plasma dealer that also was an AVS Forum sponsor (where I learned about my new monitor), so my decision on where to buy was easy. Their price was also great.  
 
The real test is how they perform when there is a problem. I did not have a problem with the break in, but have not watched it yet.

Plasma Concepts had a great price, was an authorized dealer and was very professional in their handling of my purchase. They provided tracking information quickly and followed up every step of the way. I had my monitor shipped to Texas and it arrived in perfect condition. I would recommend their services to everyone!

Plasma Concepts is awesome. They deliver, follow up and follow through. There are many places to buy from but, the service from Plasma Concepts is second to none!

I found the greatest deal with this seller. After I've been fooled around by other sellers posted for less but forced to by something else.

Very helpful, I spoke with Aric and he was very friendly, giving me all the information I needed and had asked for. It did take a few days longer than I had expected but I didn't mind because the item came in perfect condition. I was very happy that I chose to buy my new television from them. I looked around several sites to locate a good deal on a Panasonic 50 inch plasma. Not only did Plasma Concepts (HT Concepts) have a reduced price with free shipping they had the newest '09 models before anyone else. Excellent response and customer service from my representative. Delivery was very fast and done by a professional electronics shipper.  
Will purchase from them again and highly recommend.
