I have oedered from Battery Junction a number of times. The prices are great. I have had only one minor problem when they shipped me someone else's order. However, they promptly corrected the mistake. I keep coming back. What more needs to be said!

Ordered 2 OLight T10's and a Olight T20 Warrior. Great merchant, had 1 issue due to an oversight, which was promptly corrected. I will be doing business with Battery Junction in the future!

The order was shipped the next day. The Surefire I ordered was delivered with the free batteries and was very well packed. Overall, very good service and prices.

i wanted to purchase 2 sets of batteries for long term storage for a high power flash light and a pistol laser system,since long term storage was important to me, i asked battery junctionif they would please check the dating of both sets of batteries being ordered, i promptly received a reply saying they would be happy to send me the freshest batteries they had in stock, when i received the cells, ( 3 days later, fast shipping !!) i was suprised to see a date of 2018 on one set and 2016 on the other, way better than any of the 6 stores i had checked dates at. i feel much more confident that when i need to change out power cells, i will have a good fresh source of power available for these devices.. thanx battery junction !! appriciate your attention to details for me!! on top of the great customer service,they sent me a 5% discout coupon for my next order!! geez you just can't ask for more customer appriciation than that!!!! thanx again !!! patrick ~~~~~ nor-cal.u.s.a.........

Bought the Titanium AA batteries for my metal dectector. They work great and allow me to hunt for 12 -14 hrs before having to recharge them. Will pay for themselves in a couple of months. Also thanks for the quick shipping on my order!!

On a scale of 0 to 10, I'm giving them a 7. They ship promptly and for large dollar orders the shipping fees are very fair. I've had to order several hundred dollars worth of batteries (various types) and chargers for a project I'm involved with.  
 
We've had a few situations where they could have handled it better. We ordered several chargers and one was defective but it wasn't discovered until we used it, which was discovered after their warranty period. Likewise, with a rechargeable battery.  
 
I recently ordered a flashlight that was advertised as being able to tail-stand and can not.  
 
The common denominator in trying to get these situations resolved was less than expected. Most companies I've dealt with with these types of issues resolve the problem immediately. Battery Junction said they're sorry and nothing more. With the light, it was first, sorry, and then I pushed to get an RMA. They asked what I wanted to exchange it for. Since it makes no sense to take a $15 hit on shipping, I'll settle for it.  
 
I was impressed but am not any longer. I'll probably continue to shop there but will make sure they look at the piece of equipment that will be shipped to me to avoid this nonsense in the future.
